This is a family shop...the owners aren't technically family but they are like family and my uncle who is actually family works there...its a great friendly shop awesome honest ppl

Pros: The people here are very pleasant to deal with. I called GP when my regular shop was overbooked, and I was able to have them take it in and get it towed while I was at work. They offered to do my inspection when I came to pick up as well. Cons: My bike was in the shop for nearly two months after I sent it. I needed to repair the damage from some vandalism. They also promised me they were going to file a supplement with the insurance company, which I heard nothing about when the job was finished. When I got the bike back, I found out they had done a bunch of extra work unrelated to the damages. This included replacing a battery that was less than six months old! When my bike was in the shop, I received very little communication from them and none about the extra work that they charged me for. I can appreciate the desire to service the bike, but this extra work cost me hundreds of dollars in new parts and labor and I did not have the opportunity to decline it. Meanwhile, during all that extra work, they didn't service the chain. Avoid this place if you like saving money.

Very relaxed atmosphere . No pressure sales . They don't try to sell you anything, they just merely mention you'll be needing this or that soon .

I rode here to get my annual inspection for my motorcycle. Good communication with the co-owner (I forgot to her name) and cordial service. I was in and out within 15 minutes

Really friendly. Fair prices. I bought my bike for the first time a few weeks ago. Had no idea what was wrong with my Dyna. They could have raked me over the coals $$ wise but, they quickly figured out what was wrong and I was happy to see they are honest and knowledgeable. Im definitely bringing my bike back for some other work. They treat you like family almost. And Sandra in the office is really cool. Definitely recommend.

GP is great! Took my bike there to get some things done. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work done and the service I received. They are great at what they do. I never write reviews, but I just have to for this situation. I bring my Ducati Monster in for a state inspection. They tell me everything is good except for the fact that my bike needs a new chain. Ok yes, sure why not, $250 for chain and labor. Then I bring my motorcycle to Cycles 128 for more service since they are a certified Ducati shop, turns out GP put on the incorrect size chain. I've been riding with a wrong sized chain. I inform GP that they put the wrong sized chain, and they told me they can't do anything except to bring the bike back in, but the bike is all the way in Beverly already and I rather NOT ride my bike with the wrong sized chain back to Malden for SAFETY purposes. I ask if I can return the chain for a FULL refund so I can have the chain replaced at Cycles 128, and they continue to tell me no - that they can only replace the chain, so they really wanted me to ride the bike back down under that condition. After going back and forth, I have Frank (WONDERFUL SERVICE MANAGER over at Cycles 128) give GP a call to let them know that it is unsafe to ride on the chain it had on, so that they can believe I wasn't lying. Frank informs me that they'll refund me after all the back and forth. I bring the chain back in, and they only refund me for the chain and not the labor. I thought they can make this right after all the back and forth and especially INSISTING I ride my bike all the way from Beverly to Malden with the incorrect chain. It's not even about the $100 of labor, it's about principle and safety especially with all the motorcycle accidents going on, I would want to ride my motorcycle with correct parts. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else that chooses GP.

Guido & his crew are bike whisperers. They easily figured out a problem that had the 100,000 square foot Harley dealership bamboozled. I'm a fan for life.

I highly recommend this family run shop. Sure, you might have a wait for an appointment, because they are that good. And reasonably priced, too.

Fantastic little shop. Jam packed to the ceiling with product for your bike. What's not in stock, they can help source and order for you as well. Skilled, conscientious mechanics, what else could you ask for? This is a great home town shop.

would like to thank the staff at GP Motorcycle supply for their great service. They had changed out a mono shock on my 800 classic drifter. It is very tight and handles curves well at high speeds. No bobbing or rough vibrations at high speeds. staff very friendly and fare love their in store collectables and biker home feel. will be a returning customer for more things to be done in the future.
