Frank has always been friendly, honest, very quick, and does good, reasonably priced work. Eastern Auto has been my go-to repair shop since I moved to Malden. Easy 5 stars.

Frank was a real big help. He helped me when I was stranded during the snowstorm 2026 so my Lug nuts fell into my car and he switched them out for free. He’s a real nice guy. 100 percent recommended Come here he will give you a good service for a good price.
People at this car shop are always helpful and honest whenever I have an issue with my car. It doesn’t matter if it’s an old car or new one they always find the problem and give me different options to fix it, they always tell what’s best for my vehicle and the best part they do it relatively quick. I highly recommend it from an easy maintenance to a really hard issue in your car.

Came here for an inspection and was rejected for brakes. Quoted $2k for rotors and brake pads. Decided to replace them myself and when I took everything off, they were like new except for surface rust.
Went to get an inspection-only another location and they told me they were definitely trying to scam me.

Don’t waste your time here, I came to do a inspection but was denied because of my license plate, take a look for your self 2 bolts and facing towards looks legal to me took it up the road and the guy passed it with no problem
A couple of weeks ago, I had my vehicle serviced at Eastern Auto Repair after being referred there for an oil leak. They fixed the problem and were very clean and professional during the process. Although I’ve read some bad reviews, my experience was positive. Frank, the manager, was always very communicative and clear about the service, and I found him to be a very nice guy.
This is the worst mechanic in Massachusetts I ever experienced this guy put rejection sticker on my car because I have tinted window. Also he didn’t talk to me. He’s rude. I would recommend no one bring their cars over there.
They're one of the few Auto shops that can do state auto inspections after 5:00 PM. The staff were friendly, and while my car was getting inspected, I did some work on my laptop in their waiting area inside. It's nice because some shops don't have a waiting area and you would have to wait outside.
Came in on a Tuesday at midday for an inspection. I was able to fit this into my work day with no issue as there was no line and they were efficient getting me in and out. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.
