The team at Collex did such an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate hit and run. I am very particular about my vehicle, so at first I was a little hesitant to leave it to a shop I never heard of before. Brittany was fantastic at accurately communicating everything that needed to be done and when it would be done, providing constant updates, and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also, was very helpful in getting the rental appointment setup and I was able to receive the rental the day I dropped it off and left it in the same spot when the car was finished being repaired. I wouldn't recommend another shop to anyone else after the experience I had. Very grateful for the work performed!

No pride in their work. No craftmanship. No respect.
I had them repair my car some years ago when I lived in Malden and notorious Altitude apartment's underground garage damaged the roof of my car.
I used them only because it was on top of the insurance company's list. They did inferior job and the roof that meets the windshield is bubbling up, indicating rust underneath. When they were done, my car came with scratches that were not there before, and they broke my life-hammer holder and tried to fix it with epoxy (once plastic or related resin breaks, there is no way to repair it to have the original strength). They didn't even pay $20 for this.
Those who gave 5-star reviews should double check to make sure there are no scratches that were not there before you people brought it in.
Never again.

My husbands car was damaged. I found Collex through our car insurance agency. I inquired about bringing my car in for repair online at this shop and another shop when they were already closed. I received an email and phone call them the following morning. Still waiting to hear back from other shops. They helped to set up a rental and I was able to drop off my car as soon as possible. I received calls from Brittany with updates and they worked with insurance company on any additional costs. Car was ready within a week. Car looks great on the outside and my husband was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned his car on the inside. Thank you! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.
My husband's car was rear-ended, and I found Collex through my insurance agency. They are a preferred vendor and I certainly learned why. From my initial phone call right through to the end, the experience was easy and fast. Brittany is an asset to this business and knows her job which made a stressful situation easier to deal with. When we arrived to drop off the car, the rental came right after, and we were on our way. She kept us informed every step of the way and worked with the insurance company on any additional costs. I also had asked if they were able to find a stereo at a salvage yard since the one in the car did not work. She called me with a price, and they installed that as well for a minimal cost. It was so easy to just come back, drop the rental and get in our car which was also cleaner then when we dropped it off. I hope that I never need them again but if something were to happen, I would call them first. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Brittany and crew for the great work!
I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. No one wants to be in a car accident, but Collex made the whole process of having the car fixed so much easier. Brittany is so nice and helpful. If you have an accident do yourself a favor and take your car to Collex.
I have gone to Collex several times over the years with car damage and they are always amazing. They make it look like nothing ever happened to the car and they do so in a timely fashion. They have great customer service and a great staff. I highly recommend them
I first came upon Collex when someone rear ended me and my bumper had to get changed. It was minor damage, just a hole on one side of the bumper, but the minute I stepped into Collex they made the whole process a breeze! Brittany is so nice and awesome at what she does. You can tell she’s fully experienced with the whole claims process and will get in contact with the insurance to make it all seamless. My bumper came out pristine and the car was ready to pick up in less than 1 week. Frank and the guys in the shop do great work and the paint job on my pearl white paint was spot on. The final result has come out perfect and seamless for me both times.
Fast forward about 1 year later and someone nearly swipes off the whole left side of my front bumper. This was a lot more damage and I was distressed! Once I got the claim in through insurance though I knew I’d go back to Collex! I had such a positive experience the first time I knew I’d be in good hands with them. Brittany still remembered me one year later and was great once again. Once the car is dropped off she’ll have the rental set up if needed for you and reach out to the insurance if a second appraisal or something is needed. I needed this and Brittany made the whole process easy and stress free. I was not looking forward to having to chase after the insurance again and she ensured that didn’t have to happen. There was damage to my fog lamp and headlights this time and I wanted to make sure original factory parts were used. I didn’t even have to mention this as Frank already knew this and ordered the OEM parts for the job. You don’t have to worry about this shop taking any short cuts or doing an incomplete job. They do it the right way and it shows in their beautiful work. You can expect to be in good hands with Collex and quality work done to the fullest extent.
I’ve come by after 5:30 both times to pick up
my car and they’re always nice enough to hang around until I make it by to pick up the car. I also love how enterprise car rental is right around the corner, super convenient!

Always amazing!!! I used Collex again this past week for damage to my truck. I cant say enough about this shop. The owner is super friendly and actually works in the shop. His daughter runs the office always has a smile and boy do they know what customer service is. The work they do is spot on and I can be very picky. Even if I lived 50 Miles away I would bring my vehicles to Collex. Try Collex you will not be disappointed! I know this sounds like a commercial but trust me they are awesome. I wish all companies where run like this.
These guys have done work on my personal vehicles and I have referred work to them as well. They have done an excellent job every time. They have incredible attention to detail, and really take the time to do the job right.

I brought my car there after I was in an accident where my car had front and rear damage. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and received the car the following Tuesday! Extremely fast turnaround time, and high quality work at that. The attention to detail was excellent as parts of the bumper not visible unless you are under the car was painted! Couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Highly recommend!
