I purchased a car at Reliance Motor about 8 months ago. I came to the office with a budget and they were very helpful showed me the cars I was interested to buy but never pressured me to make a decision. And that was one of the biggest factor why I purchased it from them. I’m very happy with the car - no issues.

The team was very patient, helpful & flexible with me during the purchase process... Any mechanical issues I ran across after purchase, they were quick to resolve for me in a timely fashion... BEWARE! Do not buy a vehicle from this place! Bought a vehicle in full, didnt let me leave with car or title. Told me car would be towed to me following day by 12. Car showed up in driveway at 6pm with someone driving it all the way to Maine, not a tow truck. New chip in windshield they didnt want to take responsibility for. ALSO did not leave me with a title when it was dropped off ???? 2 weeks later. Major engine failure. I drove the vehicle for less than 1200 before the engine failed. Vehicle not drivable needs A NEW ENGINE!!! Mohamed is a shady “business” boy. Who said its not their responsibility! Steer CLEAR. Lesson learned. When you pull up to the dealership and think “wow this place is a shady dump” trust your gut!!!

It was a blessing to come across reliance motors. I happened to like a car that they had on their lot. I walked in to get more information on the car and they were so busy but yet they made time to get me in and on top of that allow me to test drive the car. I have recently purchased a used vehicle from this company for my wife and young daughter. The vehicle was reasonably priced with low miles and in great condition. By no means do I have good credit; yet the sales staff, specifically Abdullah, was able to easily and efficiently get me a loan with an affordable monthly payment. The maintenance crew was extremely polite and immediately gave me the impression that the staff here is genuine and actually cares about the safety and happiness of the families who purchase vehicles from them. Abdullah and T are two of the best guys in the industry. I’ve been working in the automotive industry in just about every capacity You can imagine over the past 20 years and these guys are the gold standard when it comes to customer service and product satisfaction.
