The staff members are efficient and customer friendly. I was able to drop off my yard waste in a matter of minutes. Instead of leaving my bags. On the side walk and hoping they don't blow over. I decided to go to the DPW yard. I was impressed how the set-up.

Went to drop a few things off this morning and had no clue where to go. The guy driving the big tractor (I think that's what it was) was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience! Thank you to the gentleman who took the time to explain the process to me. I appreciate it! Also, the ladies in the office were very friendly too!

Just went there to ask about the trash cart and recycle cart which I put online purchase 10 days ago. Rally helped me with all the questions that I have regarding to the trash tag and shipping details. She is very patient, I am glad that I went to the office because tried to call 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Hope that they could do better on answering the phones. Rally also help to get me another free carts because I have two units and when I purchased it, it has no carts with it at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient place to drop things off like books. They have a used book bin out front.
