Plugged in my electric scooter in one of their outlets. An hour later after purchasing over $200 in merchandise I come to find that they unplugged my scooter from the outlet and I had no way of getting home. Very, very selfish company. Specially when half their merchandise is overpriced crap. Shame on savers!

Visiting this store always feels like a little adventure. You can come across something fun or unexpected, especially if you enjoy exploring a large variety of items. The atmosphere is lively—sometimes even a bit too energetic—but that’s exactly what makes shopping here unique and never boring. There can be some hustle and bustle in different sections, yet I still end up finding things that genuinely surprise me in a good way. Sometimes the place gets quite busy and everyone is wrapped up in what they’re doing, but I actually like that sense of constant motion—the store has its own rhythm. The staff is always active and on the move, keeping things in order and refreshing the selection, even if they work at a fast pace. I take it as a sign that the inventory stays updated and things never feel stagnant. If you approach shopping here with a bit of patience and an open mind, you can uncover some real gems. For me, this place is all about surprises, variety, and enjoyable finds. And that’s exactly why I give it the highest rating.

They get their items for free but have been slowly raising their prices. Some of their items, like all the shein clothes, are even priced higher than you can buy new.

The prices here are absolutely insane. Identical items will have different prices. I picked out a sheer curtain that was marked $10. I overheard employees scoff about a costumer thinking a dish set was $9.99 instead of the ridiculous marked price of $29.99. This is a thrift store…where all inventory is free. Savers nationwide have become incredibly greedy with no consistency at all.

It's always great to find something you like at a bargain, and there were many things that were reasonably priced here, BUT I felt this store had many overpriced items that were not in good condition to even sell. Many items were priced same as new (just about) but were damaged or in horrible condition. I understand its a business, but to try to sell items the same as what you could buy new is a bit ridiculous. For example: finding dollar store items selling over $5, or food containers/jars that the food comes in for $5, $6, $8, etc, is just absurd!

I have a love-hate relationship with this store. There are definitely some great finds—don’t get me wrong! But the place is often in total disarray. The toy section is hilariously chaotic, and the board game area? I've nearly wiped out just trying to browse. It honestly feels like a daycare at times. There's also this odd phenomenon where people just hang out on the furniture—on their phones, blasting music, not shopping—sometimes a group of 10 or more. It's… a vibe. I’ve seen employees pushing massive carts of clothes with little regard for the space, sometimes even bumping into racks while customers are shopping. It’s kind of wild. I usually just laugh to myself and try to make it through quickly. That said, if you're willing to weather the chaos, it's a literal goldmine with pretty decent prices. Just know what you're getting into! It’s never not busy!

I shop here at least once a week for myself and for the Charitys I donate to. This evening after checkout, the boy working stopped me to look at my receipt.... He really thought I was stealing a .10 bag! Insulting

I donate a lot of my excess stuff that I no longer use there. But they never seem to have anything good inside. Donations get shipped to another warehouse like pricing center and distributed to a lot of savers stores.

0 STARS Garbage store, if you even consider it that.. The staff can be somewhat friendly, depending on the day. But this place literally up charges their items 50% than what you would be paying originally for the item. ***HERES THE PROOF!! Plus the way they keep the store looks like a dump truck came and just unloaded all their shit in the store

I wish I had taken photos to share because had I done that this review would be a lot easier. I’ve visited this store a few times before, it was clean and organized with a wide variety of items. When we pulled into the parking lot a cone or two was in front of the drop off area. At first glance this seemed to be to keep people from blocking this area for people dropping off. As we walked toward the door I noticed broken glass everywhere, giant shards of broken lampshades were just sitting all over. I held my toddlers hand and told my flip flop wearing sister to watch her step. When we walked into the you area there were toys everywhere, dirty and broken. It looked more like the transfer station than a savers that I’ve been accustomed to visiting. Clothing was just as dirty. All around I’d describe this as the dirtiest, most disorganized store I’ve seen. I came across an article this morning about how over consumption is affecting thrift stores. I’ve always thought of thrifting as doing my part to keep our planet clean, teaching my kids the value of money and I’m sure that dopamine burst from finding my own treasure has been a big part of the enjoyment. All and all the savers in Woonsocket, Attleboro and Worcester are what you expect a savers to be, this one unfortunately isn’t. Savers is great, what they do is great, but this store isn’t. Choose another one for sure.

Savers is always crowded especially on Senior Day.All the Savers location focus on profit with prices of the used items that "we donate for free" higher than new ones in the stores. No fitting room or money back. Only exchanges. I hope Savers gives employees better training on how to communicate with customers ,also taking care of their employees as well. On my last visit to your Framingham Savers last week I see hazard risk looking an employee working using a little portable electric heater next to him in front of a completely blocked off donation door with Donations piled to the ceiling without ventilation or cleaning.

By far, the worst Savers in Massachusetts. The store is dirty and smells like a public restroom. The front sliding doors are wide open, even in winter. (Been like this for months) The staff is incompetent and rude. I get that it's a "thrift" store, but that's no reason for it be so filthy.

Savers in Framingham is mostly over priced. They receive so many donations and don't have the room to fit it in the store and lots of it itiams are left outside, or thrown away. The parking lot is gross, the drainage system gets backed up and can flood. Take your time and look around, you may see something you like,

I do shop at this store but no longer donate, stuff gets left in the rain to be ruined more often then not. It’s really a shame and this is not an isolated incident. They genuinely don’t care

To be honest, if you want to donate go to the Marlborough or Worcester location. I've made three trips to this location and was told they couldn't take anything. Tables in mint condition, TV stand, etc. The store says "come in we are accepting donations" but you show up and they are not accepting donations.

Good venue for donating gently used clothing, household goods, furniture and functioning peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, copiers). People donating things should not bring marginally useful or non-functioning goods, as the whole purpose of this place is to provide others with the opportunity to acquire useful things at a modest price point. Staff at the drop-off are very helpful.

Pretty much what you’d expect at a thrift store. Found a few items which was nice. I would visit again when I’m in the area. I usually don’t feel the need to leave reviews but for this particular situation, I felt like it was appropriate to…. As I was browsing women’s tops, an employee was tidying up the tops. All of a sudden, I hear a “excuse me” and then she proceeded to rant in a different language that I couldn’t understand. I told her nicely that I couldn’t understand what she was saying but she proceeded to keep talking. She was pointing at a hanger where a shirt was half off of it. My educated guess was that she was trying to tell me to put the shirt back on the hanger the right way. Well, first of all, I didn’t even do that in the first place and second, it’s not my job to do so. I didn’t think it was appropriate to basically yell at me for something I did not do and unfortunately lady, it’s not my job to tidy up your already messy work place. I felt like it was awkward that an employee was pretty much telling me to do HER JOB. Uh, no. She should be a bit more professional. Other than that, I had a decent shopping experience.

This savers is my holy grail, I always find something funky here, the dress section is large, the home section is divine and accessories are pretty much always a hit. My savers rule is to go with a sale, and use your points on purchases over $50 best savers outside of Boston in the suburbs. Books could use some work, and the prices have slowly crept up over the years, but overall it’s a great Savers!

Pros: Good variety of clothing (for women especially), decent organization, plenty of home goods/furniture/etc. Cons: Most items are very overpriced, no fitting rooms, only 3 “mirrors” (essentially warped pieces of reflective metal), only self checkout, unprofessional employees, very dirty. The selection was great, so I would have spent a lot more time (and money) here if they’d had fitting rooms. If items were cheaper, I’d be more willing to gamble without try-on. One employee bumped into me with a shopping cart then asked me to move, and another was cursing while bringing paintings inside, complaining about people who donate their art instead of selling it themselves (uh, your win?) Odd experience. Luckily I only needed warm clothes for farm work, so the stains, hanger holes, etc. don’t matter. I did find a “George Washington for President” shirt which made my day. Also a shirt with original tags ($60) for $15, so I suppose that balances out the $10 t-shirts with armpit stains. Patriots fan? You can build a whole new wardrobe! Want to start lying about your age? Now you’re in the class of 2020, with numerous middle school and summer camp shirts as supporting evidence! Halloween party coming up? You can be the guy in the flesh-colored bikini suit! Have fun out there, folks.

Overpriced for thrift store. Just about every shirt I was interested had a hole or a tare. There were a few broken items as well for sale and again overpriced. Smelled like urine right when you walk in and unfortunately it’s throughout the entire store. Only good thing I could say is it’s very spacious and seem to be well organized.

A great thrift store you can save some money. You have to do some hunting. . Definitely some of the prices are quite overpriced, sometimes even more than the actual product in a store. So you really have to watch out and have a very good logic. logically I absolutely don’t know how savers determines the price of certain products ( I mean, these are completely donated things) how can you be the same or more expensive than a store. . Something different from other savers store is the organization on the shelves.

Really fond of this savers and I’ve been to all of them on the eastern half of the state haha. It’s generally clean and well organized and I have better luck here than at other stores. If you take it for what it is it’s a great store. Sometimes you get incredible stuff and sometimes you strike out. Almost the entirety of my home is decorated from this store and the staff is usually quite friendly and helpful.

Every time I visit this Savers it gets worse and worse. It always smells in the building. The bathroom is disgusting. The building is dirty and messy. It’s so narrow to walk around especially when it’s packed. Prices are high and the products they sell are dirty and broken. The workers are not really friendly or say anything to you at all. Don’t come here!

I picked up a giant abc block and I found it in the toys area. They sell alphabet blocks in the toys area. Excellent customer service.

We ended up with a big haul from this Savers! They have quite the book selection and the assortment of clothing and shoes is also pretty massive. Everything is always just a little untidy, but it’s a busy place so that’s to be expected - just get ready to really spend some time here to find those hidden gems. We love going here for the books! Make sure to look through all the sections because the organizational system only goes so far and there are sometimes good finds in unexpected places.
