Wouldn’t recommend these guys to tow your vehicle, extremely unprofessional the owner Henry and his incompetent flatbed driver Val are rude. Call elsewhere for your tow needs. AAA service member said there’s a protocol called standby that if someone that has AAA is on site they can provide the ID of the member that needs service and the tow truck will take the vehicle yet they didn’t so good try your still get 1 star because there isn’t 0.

Non make sense up charged. Too pricey. Bad service. Rude staff and useless help. Don’t deal business with this company. Sucks!!!

Jerenial was fantastic. Took care of me when I needed help most and a very sweet guy. Professional and courteous! Give these guys a call, you won’t regret it!

I needed my battery changed while I was working and Nathaniel P. came in about 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional even told me my starter needs to be looked at soon. I work for AAA and he for sure is meeting the expectations of our company as far customer service goes.

Worst experience I've ever had, they took the car here from the condominium to there, everything is fine. I went to get the car, they were there but said that the office had closed only the next day. I tried to pay, they delayed until the police arrived in Framingham. I spoke to the sheriff and explained what they wanted, which was to hold the car for another day to receive the daily rate (many use this tactic). The police called, they delivered the car in 5 minutes, and I'm going to get the receipt because they had given a value and when I went to pay, they said another value. I do not recommend them! And I recommend that you always seek information.

Broke down the other night with a flat tire with my 2 kids in the car. Called AAA around 8pm,shortly after calling i told that this company was going to come out! Was told at 9:06pm a driver was coming out! 10pm came around im STILL waiting! I found out that the drive went home. Then i was told by AAA that another driver was coming out from the same company and was told that i had to wait another 45 minutes….. i said okay! 11pm came around and STILL NO DRIVER CAME OUT!!!!!!! I called my husband that was an hour away and he came out and towed the kids and i home! I find out this morning that the driver that was supposed to come out and change the flat…. Had called AAA “claiming he did the tire”…. When in fact HE DID NOT!!!!! This company is so unprofessional! Leaving a family out on the side of the road for THAT MANY HOURS just isnt right! SMH

Diego showed up and saved the day getting our flat tire off the car and putting the spare on! He was so nice and quick to get the work done. Glad to have AAA and thankful for Diego's professionalism and courtesy. Thank you!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Their business is to find cars around to tow and make outrageous money. My car was towed at 11:12 pm. I called before midnight and went to their storage lot, they said driver will reach out. Contacted me post midnight at 12:30am. Was willing to release the car but demanded only cash will be accepted. Charged me for 2 days for just keeping the car for 1.5hrs. It was unprofessional for them to charge for 2 days. Guy was very rude and kept on spitting on the ground. Charged $100 extra as it was an electric car. Their excuse was that it requires special equipment to tow the car. These people are just taking advantage and unethically making money off the people. Wish there were some strict regulations against them.

We had a flat tire at the Court House and the driver was there in minutes...and man he was fast and took care of absolutely everything. I would highly recommend Henry's.

I am totally impressed with the service I just received from the two gentlemen that came to tow my car. Diego L. is the name of one of the fellows. They came in minutes of my request and were very professional and helpful. Thanks to both fellows for exceptional service.

I haven’t needed a tow in a long time, but this time not only did I need one—I also needed to be transported. Diego L. was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. His vehicle was spotless, he made sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a bottle of water. Hats off to an employee who’s doing his job right. Excellent service, keep up the great work! I had Diego help me with my car today and he was so amazing, helped with checking out my car about the issue I’m having and when we still had to go through with the towing he was amazing. This was first towing experience ever and he made it so easy… would totally recommend this company and ask for Diego if you can!

Shady business, even by tow company standards. This tow company was staking out a restaurant parking lot where a few spots were converted to reserved for nearby tenants just the day before. There were absolutely no signs yet installed to indicate those spots were anything but public restaurant parking, which was clearly marked at the entrance to the lot. The guy almost immediately put a hook on the car wheel, but hasn’t yet taken proper possession of the car, which was still in the ground. He refused to remove the hook and asked for $100 to release the car. While I was getting the cash people called the cops, and he promptly took off. He later returned after the cops left and snatched another at least 2 cars. The restaurant was apologetic and is looking for the way to make us whole. Not Henry’s: the next day when we came to get the car from the tow lot we found a note saying “though shalt not wine”. If you are looking for “friendly, family service” look for it elsewhere. Lol.

horrible service!!! Was waiting more than three hours for them to arrive because supposedly the company was too busy attending to other people and then when they arrived(Four+ hours later) They were claiming there was a problem with my membership!! Not only that but the Guy came accompanied with someone else! If I am needing a tow, I’m obviously needing a ride as well. Where was I supposed to sit if the tow truck is full? If I was able to give less than One star I would!!! Horrible, horrible service never calling here again!!!!!

My car was just recently towed from a parking lot in Framigham Massachusetts on Kendall st. The parking lot has no, no parking signs. Just spray paint that says “no park” scattered throughout the parking lot. That I understand could have been the reason my car got towed. But then I proceed to call the company that had towed my car that is Henry’s Towing Services. I ask them when my car had been towed and where I can pick it up. They tell me I can’t pick it up until tomorrow 7am. And that there is a fine if you don’t pick your car up within 12 hours. Meanwhile my car in the parking lot for 1 hour max and I parked my car at 7pm sharp. They proceed to tell me I have to pay a fine if my car is not picked up within 12 hours. They can’t tell me when my car was picked up exactly. Nor how much it will cost me. They told me they would have someone else call me to let me know what the information was on the car. That never happened. NOT DONE YET. I called back a few hours later and tell them I still don’t know what the deal is with my car. “All I wanted to know was how much it was going to cost and why exactly my car was taken and what time.” The guy says. “We open at 7am but don’t start releasing the cars until 8am.” So then that makes me think oh well then I’ll definitely be paying the fine on top of the impound that was just flat out not fair. WHO EVER RUNS THE FRONT DESK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DO THERE JOB. Even if it’s the slightest way possible. And this company should see this and maybe look into it a little more.

The driver Diego licuri he was excellent and helped me a lot. He got me out of the Street. I put diésel in my car wrong. He helped me a lot. I’m very happy. God blesses me abundantly! Excellent company!

Driver Diego Licuri helped me a great deal. I was stranded and was waiting for more than an hour and half. My phone died and was unable to communicate with the dispatcher, however Diego drove around looking for me until he saw me and helped me. I was already later for work and worried but his hospitality changed and livened my mood. Thank you Diego for an exceptional positive attitude and assistance. As you think things could be gloomier and stressful but God has a way to make it alright. I appreciate the care and assistance.

I had two flat tires and Diego Licuri towed my car and made all his efforts to help me find the best place to get new tires for an affordable price. I’m glad God sent me Diego on my way to help me. Diego has a big heart, awesome customer service, he is very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional, also he offered me a bottle of water :). I had a great experience with Henry’s towing services. I highly recommend their services.

As I was going through the intersection where edgell meets union ave where you have to merge. I was stuck behind the left turners already in the intersection and other cars were blocking the intersection. He proceeded to throw himself into the intersection on the yellow light and blared his horn for over 2 minutes straight which in recent years falls under road rage. I had 3 kids in the car, two of which were twins that are under 2 and a 8 year old he scared all because he was clearly in a rush to clock out. Please stop hiring drivers who embarrass your company, endanger children and clearly are unaware of the laws of road. He very clearly needs a drivers retraining class and probably a job that’s doesn’t require driving.

I needed a tow and I thought it was my transmission from rocking back and forth, trying to free myself from ice earlier. Wilbert from Henry's arrived quickly and had my car on the flatbed right away. When we got the garage and Wilbert drove it off the flatbed, he could feel it and told me it was the back caliper locked up. I think he was trying to make sure I didn't get scammed into thinking I needed a new transmission. He seemed genuinely concerned. That doesn't happen that much these days. I appreciate it so much and will definitely recommend your guys in the future. Thank you!

I needed a tow and was a distance from where I needed to be. Roadside assistance gave the driver the wrong location for where I was going. After a call to my serving partner, we were able to get on track. The driver was very nice about the mix up and was able to get me to my location. He took good care of my car getting it on the flatbed, etc. The cleanliness inside the cab of the tow truck was impeccable. I would recommend this company in the future.

We had a weird electrical situation where our vehicle thought it was on, but it wasn’t. Vehicle said it was running, but the engine was not on and could not move it out of park. Jeep roadside was not helpful and said it would be 2hrs. Henry’s came out in less than 15 min to tow us, but after explaining what was happening they had some knowledge and experience with the issue and they were able to get the vehicle to actually start and we didn’t have to get towed. The guys were super polite and helpful. I definitely would recommend.

Poor quality and terrible work, I had a car parked in my private parking space, I called them and when they got there, they accepted the money from the owner of the car, but they left the car anyway in my parking space, I called the police and made a bulletin to take them to court, for all the embarrassment I had, the neighbors gave their kickback and they didn't care that my car was in the visitors' parking space! Bad job and I do not recommend

Look no further Henry's service is the best. My company did a landscaping job for him this past summer and i remember him telling me about his tow service. Long story short i bought a pickup truck YESTERDAY in NH and had him flat bed it home. i am impressed because of his NEXT Day service. Henry is a trip too he'll tell you a good story and give you something to laugh about GUARANTEED ? Thanks Henry!!
