Local Auto Body shop with family style treatment! I was in a recent auto collision and I wanted a local shop to being my car to. I asked another local business owner about any intown Auto Body Shops that they use. The recommendation brought me to Drumond Auto and it did not steer me wrong! Drumond Auto took care of everything for me, from dealing with adjusters to getting a rental for me. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about how the process was going to go. The staff also kept me updated via text about the progress of my car. When I got my car back it was like driving it off the lot again! The car was super clean outside and inside! I had a wonderful experience with Drumond Auto Body and will go there again for any issue that I have in the future with my car. Thanks again!

Great work by the team fixing parking damage on our car. The technicians provided an estimate quickly and stuck to that dollar amount (to the cent). The paint job looks great and you cannot tell that this damage was ever there - brand new car! It all got done within 3 business days as the team told me it would. I am happy with the process and work all around, will definitely be back and recommend!

They were extremely proactive and helpful in handling the insurance claim process, taking the time to communicate clearly and guide me through every step. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this auto body shop on two different occasions, and both times their customer service was outstanding. The first time, my car was unfortunately deemed a total loss, but the team kept me updated every step of the way and handled everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to stress. Most recently, my Mercedes was hit while parked, and once again they went above and beyond. They repaired the damage flawlessly—you would never know the car had been in an accident. On top of that, they returned it spotless, inside and out, which was such a nice touch. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work truly set them apart. My parents have been going to Drumond Auto Body for their auto repair needs, and ever since I got my own car they have been my go-to. They’ve always been great, but what really makes the experience exceptional for me is Ana. Being able to communicate with her so easily over their WhatsApp is such a game changer. She’s incredibly helpful, always professional, and explains everything clearly in a way that makes me feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. I love that when I arrive, Ana already knows exactly why I’m there thanks to our ongoing communication — it makes me feel confident in the work being done and reassured that she knows exactly how to handle it. I got into my first car accident and didn’t know how anything worked, but Drumond Autobody made everything super easy. I went through my insurance, and they helped me through the whole process. They explained everything clearly and were really patient with me. They even helped me get set up with a rental car. Throughout the whole repair, they kept me updated and told me exactly what was going on with my car. When it was ready, they made sure I was 100% happy before I left. The work they did on the exterior was perfect, and both the exterior and interior were spotless. The car looked brand new and even smelled amazing. Even after I picked it up, they followed up with a call to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. I’m really glad I chose them, they made a stressful situation so much easier and were great to deal with from start to finish. I included photos of the bumper they replaced and the interior they cleaned for me.

Drumond Auto Body is fantastic. They communicated the entire time they had my car (3 weeks, thanks to the other slow insurance company) and they were so kind when I asked at least 20 times when my car would be ready! LOL I can't recommend them enough! The work came out beautiful and my car looks better than before it was in the accident! They even took care of a couple of paint chips that were there for a long time. The inside was also immaculate. The rental was waiting for me when I dropped off my car and I was able to drop it off there when I picked up the car too. So easy and amazing!! Definitely choose this place for all your auto body needs! :)

They dealt directly with the insurance company and the rental car company and Junia was super communicative throughout the process with near daily updates via text about what was happening and what to expect next. We had a tree fall on our Chevy Traverse during a storm and Drumond made it look like brand new! Pretty incredible given the damage the car had. They also worked with Allstate to get it resolved. 10/10 would use again.

Drumond Auto Body did an amazing job on my G37x. Not only did they do a pristine job on the body work, the engine sounds and runs much smoother. They even detailed the car without me asking! That was something the car dealership I bought from didnt even do. Drumond has a great team at the front desk. They provide you with timely updates, answer all questions, and treat clients with kindness. While the turn around time was about a month, that in no way impacts my impression of Drumond. They ensure the job is done correctly, don't cut corners, and make the process as stress-free as possible! They are my new go to spot for all auto issues. Thank you all.

The only reason I drove 19 miles for their shop were the reviews, and I'm glad I did. I received outstanding service from everyone I came into contact with here. I took my S550 to be repaired and after the job was completed and the damage repaired, they detailed my car inside out. My car looked like brand new.
