Great Service! If they don't have what you need in stock (very rare), they get it the next day. Updating this 6/3/26 since they changed ownership and personnel this place hasn't been the same. If you don't have a part number don't even bother, they have no interest in trying to find you unlisted parts.
Very poor costumer service I when today for a reverse light universal for dump truck I showed the tattooed woman the picture of the light i was trying to get she tried to sell me a bulb, they’re not even interested on helping you with what you trying to buy

Terrible service, people in a bad mood and not helping at all. If you need something for your car, don't go to this place, especially if you are an immigrant, I had a really bad experience.
Ordered parts online received an email confirmation with my order number and the store told me they never got the order and that the parts aren’t even in the store. It took over an hour to get the parts after them going through every possible way to tell me I didn’t order the parts. Had to reorder and go through every hoop to get the parts. No compensation for my time wasted.
Don't go there during a pandemic; they have signs all over saying "MEDICALLY EXEMPT FROM WEARING A MASK" and wear em around their chins. Totally unsafe.
Friendly staff, the prices were fair. The main issue is that they dont have enough staff to help, keep in mind that you might have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be help.
First time to this store, the closer stores such as AdvAuto, Autozone and O'Reilly's tried to sell me a $150 part when I only needed a $30 part. Needless to say, NAPA came through in a pinch and was I was super pleased with their smiling service.
