Came at 2:10 with a over a thousand cans, the entire staff came out to help. They didn't take any Arizona ice tea, high noon vodka, or Java Monster energy cans. Also rejected cans that were overly crushed or flatten or old looking. Like others said they started turning away customers at 2:30.
this place is a waste of time as far as I can see I have been here three times during the hours that are posted, and they are closed every time. find someplace else don't waste your time
Violates MA redemption law- refuses to accept certain redeemable bottles and can on the basis that they "don't have a contract" with certain brands or manufacturers. This list seems to change every time I've been there. They pick and choose what they want to accept. Avoid at all costs. You'd be better off going to grocery store and liquor store for your redemption.
A few years ago we used this place and it was fine. But I tried it again recently and it is worthless. There are no posted hours onsite, and the hours listed here are wrong. There is a faint (erased?) white board on the door which seems to say they are open until 3 pm, but I arrived at 2:30 pm and it was closed. Same thing the other time I tried. Maybe they will be open at noon, maybe not. If you have any distance to travel, try somewhere else or you may waste your time.
For a redemption center it was very clean! Staff all very helpful and patient!! Of course, you need to separate cans/bottles & pre- count, but that is expected at any redemption place.
They state online they close at 4:30 but when you get there a sign is stating 4:00. Sometimes they just write on the door the closed early. Very frustrating to say the least when you've packed you car with 40.00 worth of returnables. This has happened at least 4 times Id go somewhere else just because of that if I had the option. Be sure to call if its anywhere an hour or two before closing.
