Today I went to the autozone in Framingham and I was very badly served by one of the workers, his name is Raymundo and he managed to do one of the worst days of my life, I arrived at the store and asked him to check my car with the device, he refused and said "this is an oil problem, go where you change oil and ask them to reset" even though it was written "engine" he told me that, he also said "if it's not oil, you can come back here and I'll check it myself" so I did, I went where I changed my oil and they told me to go back to the autozone because that was Engine, when I arrived again at the autozone the terrible attendant Raymundo was talking on his cell phone, I waited for him and when he left I said, "I was upset for having to come back here for the second time, if you had checked the first time I wouldn't be here again" the worst attendant in the world Raymundo said to me "are you treating me badly? I won't check any light, if you want to check yourself, I won't go outside" so I left the establishment and now I want a positioning from you, this employee Raymundo deserves a punishment, thank you in advance and I look forward to the answer

Zero Stars: During my visit to Framingham, I found out that my relative was in dire need of a car battery. I headed to the Waverly Street location, only to be met with utterly disappointing customer service. It was disheartening, especially since I’ve always been a loyal customer at AutoZone. For the first time, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They were willing to sell me a car battery, but due to their “staffing issues” despite there being about five employees present they insisted on a $40 fee for a so-called friend of the clerk to come and install it. This was completely out of the ordinary for any AutoZone I’ve ever visited. Frustrated, I left and took my business to O’Reilly on Columbia Street, where the customer service was exceptional.
David and Raymond are awesome! The original battery on my car needed to be replaced. After I got a jump I immediately went straight to autozone to purchase a new battery. It was late after work, dark and absolutely freezing outside. Raymond came out and changed my battery for me! Thank you so much!!!! ?? I really appreciate it! I would have really struggled to be able to do that on my own, and you made a stressful night much better for me!
I recently purchased a battery and brake discs at AutoZone store #3234 in Framingham and had a pleasant experience. David went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very kind, and answered all my questions. With its convenient location and outstanding service, AutoZone has quickly become my go-to choice for car parts.

Terrance was awesome. He was super helpful and really one of the best people I’ve ever met. He is a wealth of knowledge and helped me solve my alternator issue. Great guy, such an asset to your company.
The manager david was very helpful, He even helped me change my battery right outside in the parking lot. On the other hand the female manager that I first spoke too brushed me off and tried to claim that they can only test batteries in the morning( her phone was more important)
We came in to fix our tail light. One of the workers Javier came to our assistance right away and made the process as easy as can be. Very nice man and great experience.
I went in with a dead battery expecting to have pay for a new one, the assistant asked for my phone number so that he could check for a warranty and he found it for me. Saved $160.
It is ok. I felt that I knew more about my car than the person who tried helping me. Anyway got a new battery for good price and with 5 years warranty! Good store.
I called this morning about parts availability, they claim that they have them in stock but actually didn't. Make sure that you have them physically find the part or just go a competitor who has control over their inventory.
The store has a good inventory, but not as vast as online store. However, the store reps are more than willing to work with you on ordering on demand parts.
