Great, simple service. Basically put the order in the night before and it arrived the next day. Communicated through text, kept the dumpster for a week, and it worked for our needs. I definitely recommend Zoom Disposal Services!

This company truly saved me. Another company completely let me down even though I had already paid and booked a specific date and time. At the last minute, they told me they didn’t have availability and could only come the following week. At that point, I already had workers hired and was paying them by the hour, so the situation was very stressful. Zoom Disposal Services came to the rescue. After just one phone call, they delivered the dumpster within a couple of hours. The team was extremely polite, professional, and understanding. The service was excellent, fast, and reliable. Zoom was recommended by my neighbor. It was very easy to order the dumpster online, it was delivered the next day. I was able to ask all of my questions via text and the answers were quick and clear. I called on Sunday to say it was ready to go and it was picked up by lunchtime on Monday. I especially liked that I could take a photo of an item and ask via text if it was permissible to put it in the dumpster.

I was quoted a fair price over the phone and was told they could have the dumpster at my house the next day. We got a 15 yd dumpster and now the job is done. Zoom was easy to work with and very accommodating when we asked to keep the dumpster a few weeks longer than planned. We highly recommend Zoom!

I called initially and asked about cost for dumpster rental as well as removal of old mattresses and TV. I was advised that it would be a lot cheaper to take those items to the municipal transfer station (which is true so thank you for honesty/integrity). Ordered a dumpster and it arrived on time. I had to ask for a short extension on the day pick up was due which was no problem. Dumpster was collected as agreed, all communication via text was prompt and clear. I was charged what I was quoted. I never knew I could love a dumpster provider, but I have been absolutely thrilled with Zoom Disposal! The dumpsters they delivered to our home were nicely painted and as little of an eyesore as a huge metal box can be. They have been extremely responsive, with amazingly quick service (one day I texted after 5pm that the dumpster was ready for pickup, and they were at my house before 8am the next day) and careful deliveries/pick-ups with no damage to my driveway or lawn. I would absolutely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Zoom. Information is clear on their website. We were able to put mixed waste (yard and household trash) in the dumpster, which wasn’t allowed for many other places we looked. It was very easy to ask any questions via text. Ed was very responsive. We ordered on Sunday and had the dumpster dropped off on Monday. Pricing was very fair. No damage to property during pick up or drop off. And it was a very clean unit. We will definitely use their services again!

No idea how this company has so many five-star reviews. I would give negative stars if I could. Extremely rude drivers and customer service on the phone. No consideration or empathy for others. I hope they can learn to treat people better and be more aware of their surroundings. We all have jobs and work to do and should be considerate of one another and not talk down to others around us.

Call Zoom Disposal Services and get one of their clean, gorgeous (romantic?) dumpsters dropped onto your property. Next, start purging everything that isn’t bolted down (or make your kids do it). Every hour or two take your wife out to see how full it is getting and watch her smile grow! For a super special occasion, order the 20yard but tell her that you only paid for the 10 yard limit, then when you hit that 10 yard line, bring her outside blind folded and tell her you have another surprise. Drop the 20 yard truth bomb on her and watch her melt. It’s magic. You are welcome my dudes.

We rented a 30-yard dumpster for our kitchen remodel and to clear out some other house junk. We ended up needing it for a couple of extra weeks, and it was no problem at all! The whole process was seamless, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

Zoom Disposal is an excellent company to work with! They have had excellent communication both times they brought out dumpsters to my home. They are very responsive and go above and beyond to deserve a 5 star rating! The first time I received a dumpster I had no idea how to open it. I called and they kindly walked me through how to open the dumpster. I felt a little silly after learning how to open it. They were patient and were awesome to work with. Highly recommended!

Prompt detailed responses and information. Clean 20-yard bin arrived on time with large easy-access door to load it. Ended up needing a second bin and they got one there very quickly. It’s a big enough task to clean out an old house. Having Zoom Disposal Services there to reliably supply as large a bin as is required, take it away promptly, and supply others if needed, made cleaning out my 94-year-old folks’ home so much easier. We used the 20 yd dumpster for a fence. After reviewing other companies, Zoom was the best price and had immediate availability. Super easy ordering online. I ordered at 9:30 and the dumpster was in my driveway by 11:30 AM, same day. In my opinion, Zoom works best on web form ordering and communication via Text.

First-rate experience from a First-Rate company. Renting a dumpster was a new experience for me. I did not know what to expect. Zoom Disposal Services made it simple. Everything is just as it is stated on the website...even the part about providing a prompt reply to inquiries. I sent an email and heard back in 10 minutes. The process was explained to me and everything went off SO SMOOTHLY. The dumpster was dropped off the next day by a capable and affable man who was well versed with operating the heavy equipment, laying the dumpster down gently after putting down some wood pads to prevent the rollers of the dumpster from digging into the asphalt of my driveway. The dumpsters are marked on the inside to provide a handy loading guide - you know how much volume you are taking up and what the cost will be. Two way communication was excellent - I had to use the dumpster one extra day - not a problem. Dumpster removal was every bit as easy as delivery. PLEASE: Do yourself a favor and make your own life easier...if you need a dumpster, look no further than Zoom Disposal Services. Mark my words, you will not regret it!
