What fun!! Two hardworking men showed up early and managed to plow through 30 years of garage junk. It was amazing to watch. We worked with them until they drove away and then we did a happy dance! We'll hit the attic next and then the basement. All the reviews I read were spot on with praise for this company.
The two gentlemen arrived on time. They were very efficient with junk removal and with moving a piece of furniture from one room to another. Reasonably priced, staff was great over the phone, everyone did a great job!
Hired this company on a couple strong recommendations. They undersold the company. Three guys, all very polite and hard working, cleaned out my basement in under 2 hours. I had scheduled myself for half a day. The price was more than fair The amount and clumsiness of some of the things they had to get up my long and very steep stairs (1860’s building) really made the job all the more impressive. Will use them again for another job soon.
Hired Junk Removal Inc to remove some accumulated junk and a medium sized shed. They had the shed demolished and cleaned up in no time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Hi - I used Junk Removal Inc for the first time today & will definitely use them again! Robby & Nate were fantastic - they helped me get rid of some old carpeting, weight equipment, a patio umbrella & other random items that I couldn't put in the normal trash. The office staff was very nice to deal with over the phone and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Ken and the guys who came to our house were professional, quick, and very nice. Ken sent me a confirmation reminder the day before, and communicated immediately when the guys were going to be a few minutes late. I highly recommend them for any junk removal!
BTDT has been truly exceptional I've used them twice, once for a move, the second time was the same move but in a pinch. a real time crunch and though I forget the exceptionally nice and helpful staff I worked with but she got dumpster 2 next day and hauled it away 2 days later. I was able to close on time because they were so helpful. also pricing is awesome, they'll give you solid advice because they care and it shows. Much appreciated.
We were so pleased with Junk Removal Inc. from my first call to the end as they placed the sofa bed into the truck. They were Schuyler to arrive at 11:00am at 11 we got a call saying they would be here at 12 as they were running late.(very appreciated ) upon the 2 gentleman said it was not going to be a problem! Junk Removal Inc removed an old piano for me. The piano was already outside, and they had it moved off my deck and into their truck in about 5 minutes. The price was reasonable and was lower than most other companies I had called (if they would take a piano at all!). Communication was excellent. They called to let me know that they would be 1 hour later than the original time because they needed to empty the truck. That was fine with me since I didn't need to be present anyway, but I did appreciate the call.
We had a great experience with Junk Removal. We needed to remove a piano. They had by far the best quoted price. They arrived right on time and were done in 10 minutes. I spoke multiple times with Talia. They're easy to get in contact with and very responsive. A great experience!

Awesome company. We had an 8x16 shed taken down and removed. Ken and Ryan were very responsive in quoting the job and keeping us informed with regard to the process as well as providing reminders. They were flexible on a date so I could be home which I really appreciated. They were on time, extremely efficient and very professional. They completed the task in about 90 minutes and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Great job! I would highly recommend this company.
