My check engine light lit up, so I went to this auto zone location and Faith helped me diagnose the issue and locate the parts necessary. Her service was knowledgeable and quick, I was in and out in a few minutes.

Brought my electric car to this auto zone after being rudely blown off by Lev Kia. Jay and Dagan were so friendly and helpful. Had diagnostic tools to rule out issues and got me back on the road. They didn’t have to go outside in the cold to evaluate my car but they did. They explained the results and made suggestions and I got home safely. Thanks to Jay Choute and Dagan (mgr). Jay is a gem of an employee!!!! I walked in and was warmly greeted by Jay, and he asked me if I needed help finding anything. I was pretty familiar with the store, so I explained that and made my way to the windshield wiper fluid. When I went to check out, I noticed a small line and watched Jay make light work of it!!!! In less than a minute, I was up next!!! Jay signed me up for rewards, and I even got a deal on the wwf I purchased!!! I left that experience with a smile on my face and really appreciate the hospitality and thorough attention Jay brought to the simple task of getting wiper fluid ? Give this man a RAISE ? ?????

Drove 45 minutes out for a part only this store had , called in advance and they were BEYOND helpful. I’d like to add I called at 9pm , they were the only store that stays open until 10pm. Had the part waiting on the counter top for me when I walked in.

I recently visited the AutoZone located at 341 Cochituate Rd., Framingham, and I wanted to share my experience, particularly highlighting the exceptional service I received from one of their employees, Jay Choute. The reason for my visit was a rather frustrating situation; I had purchased rotors and brake pads online, but upon having the brake pads installed on my car, they unfortunately disintegrated. This was obviously a cause for concern, and I needed assistance to resolve the issue. When I arrived at the store, I was somewhat anxious about how this situation would be handled, especially since I had already encountered some difficulty with my order. Jay was the first person I approached for help, and I must say, he truly went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me. Despite the fact that he was clearly busy managing multiple customers at once, he took the time to look into my situation. Initially, he encountered some challenges locating my order in the system, which added a layer of complexity to an already stressful situation. However, instead of getting flustered or overwhelmed, Jay maintained a calm and professional demeanor. What impressed me even more was that while he was diligently trying to sort out my order issues, he also made sure to assist other customers who were waiting for help. It was evident that his colleagues were struggling to provide the same level of service, but Jay stepped in to fill the gaps, demonstrating both his competence and commitment to customer service. Jay’s dedication to ensuring that I received the help I needed did not go unnoticed. His knowledge of the products, along with his ability to multitask effectively in a hectic environment, truly showcased that he is a valuable asset to AutoZone. In my opinion, he exemplifies what excellent customer service should look like. I am genuinely impressed by his kindness and willingness to help, and I believe he deserves recognition for his hard work. If there were any justice in the workplace, I would advocate for Jay to receive a raise and be considered for a managerial position at the AutoZone in Framingham. I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had all due to Jay Choute. From the minute I walked in the door I could hear Jay’s positivity working with another customer, his ability to make the customer feel comfortable while doing his job as a salesperson. Jay had an energy about him that made me return to the store after my purchase to ask a question and potentially buy another item. When I have car needs, I’ll be sure to go see Jay at AutoZone because in my opinion, he embodies customer service at the highest level. Thank you Jay for such a positive experience!

Awesome customer service! Friendly and helpful. August 27, 2020 8: 55 pm. So, I was looking for a way I could post another review, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to do it. My only option is to edit my initial Post from 5 months ago. I'm currently stationed in Texas, and I called this store to purchase some parts for my Jaguar. I spoke to an extraordinary gentleman named "Enoch" . He went above and beyond looking for the parts for my vehicle that is often so hard to find and not only that, He secured the part for my vehicle until my wife had time to go and pick it up. He went the extra mile to help her carry the parts to her vehicle, because she had our kids with her. Lip service is one thing, but actually prioritizing every customer who calls or walks through the door of a business, certainly does go a long way. Enoch, you're awesome at what you do! Keep up the good work! Just hope your management recognizes what a great representative you are...

I've never been so well served by an employee as by Raul Rodriguez in this store! He was a sweetheart helped me find all the products on my list he read and reread several times to make sure it fit and that everything was right, I said I didn't know how to change the engine air filter and he put it for me in two seconds he does a wonderful job, the owner of this store can sleep peacefully knowing that he made the perfect choice for store manager and that the store is in good hands!

I wanted to take a moment and applaud the outstanding sales/service experience at this AutoZone store provided by Jay Choute, the Parts Sales Manager and Service Employee Gregory. I was cheerfully greeted at the door by Gregory when I walked in and was asked if I needed help. Mr. Choute provided a professional, helpful, shopping experience with the product I needed and helped me select the right product for my vehicle needs. I got in and out of this business fast with what i needed, the store was clean, employees professional, and I was provided with a "best in class" sales/service experience which was appreciated. I will now go to this AutoZone for all of my vehicle needs due to this positive experience and I thank Mr. Choute for his exemplary sales/service skill sets. Thank you!

I went to AutoZone on Cochituate road route 30 in Framingham to purchase new wipers for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While standing in line Jay Choute customer service manager saw that I had wipers and asked if I had hooks or clips to which I had no idea. He ran outside to my car and said I needed clips. He then offered to put them on for me and realized I grabbed the wrong ones. I went back in and exchanged them. He then took them out to my car put them on for me and told us to try them with windshield fluid to make sure they were good! Jay’s help and service was way beyond anything I could have expected. He saved me from going home and finding I had the wrong ones. The fact that he installed them and had us try them out was excellent customer service! He deserves 10-stars for his above and beyond help! Thanks again Jay!

I walked into AutoZone in Framingham and was greeted by Jay, one of the kindest and most capable sales reps I’ve ever met. He quickly and confidently helped me dislodge a Boston Whaler steering wheel from its hub (and yes, Jay knew immediately it was from a boat). This was something I had spent two frustrating hours trying to do without the proper tools. Jay made it look easy. The world needs more people like him - hardworking, helpful, and humble. A simple fist bump was his way of showing respect. Jay, thanks for getting me one step closer to finishing the steering cable install and getting the boat back on the water. You’re the man!

Best autozone experience ever. Usually these stores tend to have a bad reputation. But ive been sent here to pick up parts several times and it seems as if each time its better and better. They always have these one off parts NOBODY ELSE has. Theyre always on point with inventory and I've yet to be disappointed. They close at 10pm for people who work a bit late. That is very convenient. Id write a book about this place if I could. Special shout out to Jay for being such a great, helpful, hospitable guy. Should make him the Regional Manager.

The quality of the parts sold here, specifically a radiator for a 1993 Geo Tracker, was the absolute worst junk that I have ever seen !!! However Jay the store manager was amazingly patient and helpful in every possible way. If it weren't for Jay I would have given the store one star not more. Many thanks Jay, and Peace your way ??️?

Stopped by Framingham AZ to ask to have car scanned...lights going off on dash & had me a little worried. Nice young man came out, did scan, & gave me a printout of results; smiled & said basically no serious issues to address. Easy peasy! Store is busy but everyone manages to take care of customers pretty quickly. Considering I was taking advantage of a free service, I was happy that I didnt have to wait long to get help.

Jay is a great guy! He went above and beyond all expectations! He's knowledgeable and friendly! He put his lunch break off to help me with multiple issues. Never once did he rush me! I will be coming back to this location because of my great interaction with him.

District manager Gagan Singh is above and beyond amazing and helped me with a issue by directing me to the auto zone store 5069 341 Cochituate dr Framingham ma store. Gagan gave Jay a heads up I was coming and had everything ready and couldn’t be more sincerely pleasant and genuine. This was one of the best all around retail/customer service experience I’ve ever had in my adult life !!!

10/10 customer service. Came in to replace my key fob battery, I accidentally broke my key fob into pieces, and the manager working there put it back together (no easy task). Highly recommend, would come back!

I came into replace my windshield wiper after a few rough days of snow storm. i was warmly greeted by Jay, the store manager in training, and he quickly explained to me the benefits of each wiper from lower prices to the highest one, and ultimately helped me find the best one for my car while remaining in budget. i hope he brings his good spirit and customer service to the watertown location he’s soon to take place in. thank you!!

When they first opened, the shop was friendly, fast and staff knowledgable. But now, it is awful. Cashiers have to help customers with long queries because they are understaffed, customers ready to pay and the wait is 20-25 minutes. Self check out, not working. I have come 3 times in a month for different things, at different times, during random days. Same, slow, no very trained people and wait to pay for a small part is exhausting.
