I had an urgent need for a specialaty battery for my generator. (Preparing for a Blizzard). Batteries Plus had the battery I needed in stock. I ordered online and picked up a fully charged battery an hour later. I'm very happy they had what I needed when I needed it. Employees were super helpful and very courteous! I need a new lawn tractor battery in the spring. Will definitely get it from the Framingham Batteries Plus store.
So happy to have found this place! I needed a basement light and usually went to the local family run hard ware store (but it closed). Would rather use local businesses over big box stores when possible. This place not only has all of the "specialty" light bulbs you might need, but also all of those funky little flat batteries in all different sizes that are so hard to find (I usually resort to Amazon, but no longer). Plus the guy working was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend stopping by for bulbs, batteries, and they also had assortment of other handy things---Oh very reasonable prices too!
Excellent store for bringing in phone problems! The owner is an awesome guy and spent 20 minutes in the back with my phone which couldn't connect to a port ("Moisture Damage"). Fixed the phone and didn't charge me. You have a customer for life. Thank you!

I had my phone repaired here yesterday. Great experience. Cracked screen on my Samsung. Easy claim with T-Mobile / Assurant. I did not want to go through the hassle of swapping phones. I found that Batteries Plus did work for Assurant. Easy link - setup an appointment for 1hr later, 4:30pm on a Saturday. Dropped off my phone and picked it up about an hour later. Screen fixed and working perfect. Zero cost, I couldn't be happier. The guy at Batteries Plus was awesome and made the whole thing easy. Thanks!
Had an appointment to get the front screen repaired. Upon opening the case Jonathan found the back was cracked as well. He could have very easily told me to call the insurance company and work it out, but he didn't. He helped me through the whole process. Everyone I encountered here was just great. Had a great service experience with this store! Jonathan fixed my phone perfectly and I didn't lose any pictures or numbers either. (I had nothing backed up!) My screen had burned out and the back was cracked a little but they knew exactly what to do. Opened earlier than any other service store, would recommend 1000 percent! I stopped by the store yesterday in a complete panic over the fact that both my car fobs were not working correctly...after changing the batteries myself, one still didn't work and the other imploded. I contacted my dealership for assistance, I was told I could schedule a service in 4 days, I mentioned I didn't think the fobs would still be working and I was afraid of not being able to start my car. I was told a tech would call me within 24 hrs., it's been two days. On the tip from a friend, I stopped by Batteries Plus on Main Street and couldn't have been more pleased with their attention, services, repairs, fee. Huge shout out to Brian (owner) and Jonathan - they saved the day!
Sooo.... had a cracked iphone screen and went here to get my iPhone screen replaced.
MUCH cheaper than the Apple Store, and the tech was done with it in 30 minutes. (They say it takes up to 2 hrs but that's the standard answer - in reality it's like 30 minutes). Phone is good as new.
