Quick and Easy to drop off trash and recycle items. The place is fairly clean to other recycle centers that I have been. Sometimes the people help you unload the car - depends on how busy it is. They are typically very busy on a Saturday morning.
They charged me for an AC that doesn't contain freon. They charged for a chair even though the website and sign out front says there's only a fee for sleeper sofas. I didn't want to argue and went along because it's not that much money at the end of the day but the guy I dealt with was wicked shady. I gave the guy a dollar extra by accident (only noticed this later) and he pocketed it. Hope he uses that dollar for something good.
This is only for Framingham residents, you will have to pay 20$ and show Framingham residenacy proof to get a pass, so you can recycle at this place. On top of it, if you want to reycle electronics or mattress you have to pay charges like $15 for TV etc... If someone is spending money to recycle why not accept it from all nearby cities?
Courteous service. I would suggest put a "enter here" sign at the customer entrance not to be confused with the other. Microwave oven recycled! Thank you!
All normal types of house trash can be dropped off or recycled. There are fees with some items to dispose of. And requires you to be a Framingham Resident with a valid sticker on the car for a yearly fee ($20, resets in July!).
First time here. I needed a permit. Was told where to get it. Was fast and easy. I had things to get rid of and again told exactly where to go and what to do. One guy even took my broken TVs out of the back for me. I didn't have to lift a finger! Reasonable rate for the TV disposal and surprised getting rid of 3 printers was free! I dealt with 3 different people and the were all very friendly and helpful. Very positive experience!
At a recycling center one would expect rough / rude personnel but it's the opposite. These guys are very well mannered and respectful of their residents. Very good service.
