I went into O'Reilly's in Framingham, and their service was outstanding. After six years with Napa, which was sold and has really declined, I had a tough time finding a part for my commercial truck. The Napa guy just punched numbers into a computer and told me he couldn’t help. At O'Reilly, though, the employee went the extra mile: he measured the bolt with a digital caliper, matched the size, and found exactly what I needed—even though they don’t advertise a commercial truck department. I couldn’t be more impressed. Five stars—this is how you earn customer loyalty.
I always have a great experience at this auto parts store! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I need every time. Plus, they have a solid selection of parts at reasonable prices, which keeps me coming back!

However, I've noticed that their inventory can be hit or miss; sometimes they have what I need, but other times I leave empty-handed. Overall, a decent place for auto parts, just be prepared for possible wait times and stock issues.

this is where you go for hard to find parts. Skip AutoZone and the rest of them. This particular O’Reilly has the difficult stuff to find.

Our daughter had wipers to be replaced on her car. Illy was not only courteous and professional, but he solved the issue temporarily using creative solution. There is a clip on the wiper arm of her car that is missing, so the wiper blade is not secured. Illy advised that she order a new wiper arm. Until then, he used a zip tie for the wiper blade. He also provided the number for the wiper arm for her to order. Wonderful help to our family! Grateful for such responsible service!
I have been to O'Reilly Auto Parts 3 times in the last 6 months and each time I have gotten EXCELLENT Customer Service! The Staff is friendly, professional, and very willing to go the extra mile regardless of how large or small the issue issue is!
On my last visit, Justin (at the Framingham Store) went out of his way in the scorching heat to do multiple diagnostics and ultimately identified the cause of my car issues not only without changing me a cent but not guilting me into buying anything. He identified the problem, offered solutions, and sent me on my way.

While visiting a relative in Framingham we discovered she needed a new car battery. We went to three nearby auto shops, but the customer service was terrible, and they tried to pressure us into paying for battery installation, which I knew wasn’t necessary as I had been an Auto Zone customer. Feeling frustrated, we decided to call O’Reilly on Columbia Street. From the initial phone call to the purchase and installation, they offered outstanding customer service and genuinely cared about helping us solve the issue. Second time going to an O’Reilly’s and being told they couldn’t help me with changing my headlight. The guy helping me seemed nice enough and helped me in buying the headlights I needed but told me he couldn’t help install them because he was the only one on floor. (People we’re walking around behind him in the shop so I do not know if that’s even true) It’s really disappointing that a service is advertised as being done there but then you get told no they can’t do it. Will not be back to an O’Reilly in the future.
Grate people very helpful and they care about getting you the right prat the first time the one time I had a mix up on different part numbers they fixed it and got me the part I needed the next day 10/10
