Huge shoutout to the Firestone in Swansea, MA! They helped me out with a tire issue last minute at the tail end of the blizzard, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Manny and Jayden were especially awesome — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation.
It’s not easy to find that kind of service when the weather’s bad and everyone’s slammed. Highly recommend these guys if you need honest, reliable help.

I was and have been pleased with coming to Swansea Firestone Auto Care for many years. I needed 4 new tires and I set up my appointment on-line which was easy to do. I received a call from Elizabeth the day of my appointment. She was checking in with me and confirming what work I needed done and to make sure the tires were in stock that I wanted or if not there to make sure they would be there when I arrived for my appointment. She was great from the time I arrived very helpful with getting the vehicle in and serviced. She also was great sharing other services they can do for me in the future and to save by letting me know the cost of future services. That was a big help so I could compare from what I have been charged at other places to see that Icould save more at Firestone. They had everything done and I was in my vehicle before the time they said it could take. The tires I got were the same ones I got from them 4 years ago. Great tires and they did a great job so I had to get another 4 once again. Thanks for a great job and peace of mind with the new tires. Just in time for the next snow storm.
I have had a few great experiences here however the kid that worked on my car today wasnt great I mean they did make good with it but u could tell he did not care at all u were putting him out the other guy was trying to fix his mistake I will ask if he can do the job from know on so disappointed in today's visit and the one one worked on my vehicle I will refuse in the future all the rest seem professional if it wasnt for today I would have given a 5 across

Firestone was able to fix a slow leak in one of my tires without an appointment made and also replace my tire PSI sensors very quickly! With being busy at the beginning of this year, I appreciate their quick and efficient service!

I am 73 years old and have bought my share of tires over the years. The service that I got at this Firestone store was above and beyond. It was the best tire purchasing experience I have ever had. They got the tires I wanted (Blizzack 6) in a very timely fashion. The install was fast and very well done. A great value.

I would not choose to do business with this Firestone location again, nor would I personally recommend it based on my recent experience. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment specifically to have both window motors checked. However, the staff only inspected one of them, which resulted in my visit lasting over 3.5 hours—far longer than expected for a scheduled appointment.
When my vehicle was returned, I also noticed damage that had not been present beforehand. After bringing this to their attention, the staff declined to take responsibility, so I have submitted a formal complaint to the company’s corporate office.
In addition, I observed hygiene and cleanliness concerns within the facility, and my vehicle was returned with noticeable grease marks inside. In my opinion, the handling of the vehicle appeared careless.
Based on these experiences, I encourage others to carefully document the condition of their vehicle before and after service at this location.
Manny and the rest of the team of Firestone in Swansea are always so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to auto care. I've gotten new tires, oil changes, brakes, and many more routine services over the years. Firestone is my go-to for maintenance on my car.
The Firestone in Swansea ma was quick and did just what I asked and also gave suggestions for me to think about. Yes I am recommending them. There customer service was great.
Worse place ever been to will never go back again didn’t do what asked them to. Wanted rear brakes rotors and caliper done didn’t do what I asked. Charged me 600 plus dollars worse than it was. Would never send anyone there. Charged $119.99 for set of rear pads bunch of rip offs. Only gave them 1 star because Google review wounded podt
The staff at Swansea Firestone is always friendly and professional. My family has been taking our vehicles there for a few years and it has always been a positive experience.
Took my car in for an oil change as the dealership couldn’t fit me in for 2-3 weeks. Oil change was done, but the guy who served me tried to get me to sign up for a credit card, even after I said no. They also tried to get me to replace my brakes and rotors, I declined. I took my car to a trusted local mechanic a couple of weeks later, they told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes and advised no work was needed.
I routinely bring my car here for oil changes, tire rotations and all tire servicing. They take great care of my car, and squeeze me in when I can, when I don't have an appointment. I do recommend them and trust their mechanics.
Steve the Service Advisor was extremely helpful & responsive to address my tire issue. He was able to give me a time slot one hour after I stopped in. He showed me the small screw that was causing the leak and patched tire. He also give me a quote on a new set of tires for my wife's 2016 Legacy.
Manny, the manager (ooh. I just got that.) always makes sure his clients get what they need, as quickly as possible. His mechanics trust him and, by all appearances, respect his leadership.
The mechanic assigned to perform service on my car did so professionally and with unexpected speed.
The service report and final bill explained succinctly and clearly all the work done.
Though he knows I always pay with my credit card that gives me flight miles, Manny, unfailingly asks if I want to pay with my Firestone credit card. He's loyal. He's pleasant. He's efficient. If he smiled more often, I'd have to give him 6 stars out of 5!
Had a bolt in my tire and decided on getting 4 new ones at the same time. I wish I could remember the man’s name who was there both in the morning when I dropped it off and after, but what a great guy, very knowledgeable and very genuine. Tires are great and will definitely be going back.
I had a screw in my tire and I was hoping to get it patched but once I got to Firestone they informed me that that would not be possible because of the location of the screw in my tire. I was going to have to wait because I was short on cash but they worked with me and got me a really good deal on a new tire. I would highly recommend if you need service done to your car to go to this Firestone location they've always been amazing and and they have always done great work on our vehicles.
Best experience ever - limped in with a flat tire on a Thursday afternoon - left Friday a.m. with two new (very reasonably priced) beauties. Steve is a wonderful asset to the Firestone brand: a lovely, kind and responsive young man. Thanks Firestone!
I’ve had multiple visits to this location, and every time the team has gone above and beyond. From diagnostics to repairs, they’ve been thorough, honest, and incredibly respectful. You can tell they care about doing things the right way—not just getting it done fast.
The staff is knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely invested in customer safety and satisfaction. I’ve never felt rushed or brushed off, and they’ve consistently taken the time to explain what’s going on and make sure I’m comfortable with the plan.

I am grateful to my service advisor Manny at Firestone Swansea for helping me patiently deal with a series of automotive challenges. He was understanding and accommodating in getting me appointments to have the cars checked out. The critical factor is the trust that we have built over several years which gave me confidence in his recommendations— we spoke about how difficult it is for anyone to know what really needs to be done and how we are all reliant on our advisors, whether automotive, doctors, lawyers or other.
