Went in today to replace some parts that were under warranty. The manager Bill went above and beyond to help replace all the necessary parts and get me out the door quickly so we could get back to the repairs. Oriellys in Swansea has always been my go to for parts and with such excellent customer service it will continue to be.
Everyone there is super nice and extremely helpful with everything they really make you feel welcomed and part of their family. I can not recommend this location enough. The manager bill is amazing and then theres Shannon ,Lexi, Nick, Don, Pete and Monique, are all knowledgeable and all are willing to help not matter what!

I called for a battery and they told me that my battery was not able to be installed because it's such a hard project and I would have to take it to the dealership. I own a Ford Fusion funny autozone, put it in in 5 minutes. You guys, our terrible customer service and lazy. You didn't want to help me and you didn't ha ha. You win, not really now.You got a crappy review!!! Don't waste your time going to O'reilly. They're lazy and they won't do a battery. This is basic autozone o'reilly stuff.If you can't put in the battery, close your doors!!!
This review is years overdue. The employee Billy at this location needs to work there forever. Everyone at this location has always been knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only business I've ever frequented where I have not one single complaint.

O'Reilly has taken over as a first-class pace place to buy auto parts and accessories the people were helpful the place was immaculate they're all doing their job what more could you ask for a ride I'd get my A+
Wasn't in very long. The product that I was looking for, Goo B Gone for Autos, was at the register. I was greeted upon entering and the employee was eager to assist. It was my first visit and 1st impressions are important.
Ordered a part, was supposed to be there next day before 3pm, guaranteed delivery before 3pm, year right... Called twice both times was told parts delivery was 30 minutes behind.. Paid 3X the price because I needed the part. 6:30pm went to store got my refund. The part was coming from East Providence literally 15 minutes from this store.. A real manager would drive up there and get the part.. Not at this place.. ordered from Amazon 1/3 the price.. Honestly I don’t know how these places stay in business...

We were on our way to providence imax theater and battery light came on luckily after our car almost dying we made it to a o'reilys . It was sunday and they were closing in 45 mins thank god my fiancee is a mechanic the man Danny was very helpful he was able to confirm what my fiancee thought it was by testing it with his machine. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes by the time we got the part Danny still let my fiancee use the store tools to change the alternator. Very nice gentleman
