I been going here for a good 10 years. I run 11 batteries in the different cars trucks and equipment I have. Today we had a dual battery commercial truck needing warranty replacement of its batteries. Out come the small print loop hole book and sent me down the road with 9 months remaining on warranty ?. This new management with the toothless unkempt fellow don’t stand behind what he sells. If you think you might need the warranty I’d look elsewhere.
Clerk looked up and helped me identify the battery I needed for my hotspot device. He also helped me locate a locksmith that would duplicate and program my car key. He went over and beyond. He was helpful even though it didn't result in a sale for him. Two years ago I purchased a marine battery from them. I will definitely use thrir services again.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable. I would go here before any auto parts store for your battery needs. Not just car batteries batteries for everything even key fobs etc. Nick helped me out today he was polite and efficient. Saved me $200 getting a refurbished battery as opposed to brand new.
I had a wonderful experience while being served by John at the Swansea Massachusetts store. I was looking to have a replacement battery installed in my Garmin GPS. Interstate Batteries no longer carries batteries for automobile GPS. John however offered to install a battery, as long as I buy one and bring it to the Swansea, MA store. I should get the battery in 5 days. At that time I will visit John again! I thoughts now are focused on some type of treat for the entire staff! I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE SWANSEA, MA STORE!!! I FEEL THE SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!!

Took my 2016 terrain to Swansea store. Got battery 18mon ago, had to bring it back for warranty replacement. They installed a loaner battery. Upon getting back into my car, I saw my clock was wrong and 2 of my radio stations had changed. I backed out of lot when I gave my car the gas I felt it not shift correctly. By the end of the block doing less then 20mph , my car said you have reached your maximum speed 112mph. Of coarse they did nothing wrong. But now my transmission is damaged. Don't go there!!!
I brought a dead battery with 5volts back to interstate that was under warranty when I brought the battery back I was told they would be able to recharge the battery because my mechanic could not. They had the battery for three days. They call me back and tell me the battery is no good. It’s been overcharged and then blame my mechanic for doing so, they never called me originally when I dropped it off. To tell me it was bad. They tried getting it back and then it was no good. They won’t warranty the battery because It was overcharged, but I was never told there was anything wrong with the battery when I dropped it off. These folks get a zero from me. I bought four batteries from them. I will never buy another battery from Swansea interstate again or do business with them I advise everyone to do the same .
Expert friendly service. I picked up an Interstate MTX-48/H6. I was impressed that the sales rep cleaned the contacts with a battery terminal wire brush. He also load tested my old battery and the new battery.
I was treated with great respect my needs have always been for filled the interstate battery line is by far the finest offered within the United States are use it in my motorcycles are use it in my cars are used to in my wheelchair all I can say is thank you want to start from the manufacturer to the person and stalling on your all. the best

Brought in my totally dead battery that I bought in May. So dead that my own battery charger wouldn't even recognize it as a car battery. Still under warranty, they fully recharged my battery - FREE.

I purchased an Interstate battery at a nearby auto shop and it was installed incorrectly. I called to find out if it was the correct battery... they said come on down. When I got there a young man came out opened the hood and found a spacer under the battery that should have been removed...he repaired it in 10 minutes .I can't thank him enough he wouldn't even take a tip. ...Great crew...great service!
I bought 2 batteries for my grandsons electric motorcycle and he told me that he put the locking clips on the connections so they would not come off well i put the whole thing together only to take it apart and had to replace them myself because they were to big and not locked on they just fell off
Just left there. Walked in with 3 power outage lights. Two were fixed in less than 10 minutes at a good price. Henry rocks!

I will definitely go back needed a battery for my phone. Well 50 dollars later and I really needed a phone not the battery. I brought it back and let them know. I was fully refunded. You made one happy customer.
Honestly baught a battery a few years back on sale. And when ever I have issues with it they take care of me as if it's another purchase. I broke a wire out there and they had a few tools enough for me to fix it all while making sure I was good and business ran smooth
