Based on many years of owning various models of the Toyota brand, I was very impressed with my buying experience at Bristol Toyota. Customer reviews exemplify the “buying experience” we encountered. From initial contact to completing the purchase and sales agreement, all representatives were extremely professional, respectful and customer focused. It was certainly worth the 40 minute drive from Rhode Island to Swansea, MA. “No games”! Blake guided us through the sales process…Paul as Sales Manager represented the integrity of the dealership focused on the customer experience, and Jess who completed the financing of a Toyota Tacoma. Previous experiences at other dealerships have led to “unpleasant” sales tactics, no follow through and a certain “arrogance” from sales personnel. Bristol Toyota was a “breath of fresh air”! Highly recommended without reservation!

I felt comfortable and relaxed shopping for and getting a car at this dealership. The sales team is extremely courteous and considerate -- they give you their attention and then the space you need to figure out what is the right car for you. Juan E especially stands out for his gentlemanly, helpful, thoughtful, listening, flexible approach to car selling. I went to this dealership multiple times before settling on a car and everyone was polite, patient and supportive from start to finish. Buying a car is time-consuming and tiring, but Bristol truly makes an effort to make it as painless for the customer as possible.

Took my car in for a basic oil change and waited for a while for a service advisor to assist me. Someone who I can only guess was a mechanic assisted me in finding a service advisor. The service advisor was incredibly rude and grabbed my keys from me and waved me away. I waited near my car until the exterior inspection of my car was complete. I was then told I could wait in the waiting area and I would be notified when it was complete. No updates or anything like I’m used to at other dealerships. About an hour later, after watching countless clients have their service advisors come directly to them, my last name shouted at from across the room to which I attempted to move but she begrudgingly come to my seat. She explained I needed a new cabin air filter. I declined services as I could you easily replace it myself. She huffed and walked away, stating my vehicle would be ready shortly. Another 20 minutes pass and I’m told my vehicle is ready for me and checkout. I go outside and wait (again) for my vehicle to be brought out. So this whole process took about an hour and a half for an oil change. Later that day, I receive an email asking to rate my experience. I take the time to complete it and send it. Two days later, I receive a very frantic voicemail and email from someone named Linda asking me to call her back or email her. I email her thinking I would get a response. I receive absolutely zero communication from her and it’s now been about 3 weeks since the incident. I’ll probably never return but how can you be so client focused and fail miserably…TWICE

Great purchase experience with no wasted time or tedious upselling. Huge selection of trucks with many options for trim lines and packages. Paul Cosme was thorough in his explanations of the differences between the Tacoma models we considered, and never pressured us. Once we decided on a vehicle, the finance experience was a breeze. Jonathan Acosta was fast, explained everything thoroughly, and focused on giving us the best experience.

Terrible Experience this morning at Toyota of Bristol. I took the morning off of work to come to this dealership for a tire rotation and oil change for my 2018 Rav4. My first and last time at this dealership. I had a 9:45 appointment time, mind you, I drove an hour and 20 minutes from Burnsville, NC. I was met by a very nice advisor named, Leeann. Got checked in at 9:26am and my 4 year old and I went to the kids waiting room and never heard a single word until I got up at 11:15 and told my daughter we are going to check on the car. I went back to Leeann who then when and checked and came back outside and said "I'm sorry, but they haven't looked at your car yet. They said they are a LITTLE behind" first of all, how is over 2 hours behind a little bit? anyway, I then told her I had driven from NC and I had to get back and I cannot sit here any longer with my young child. She apologized again and I told her it wasn't her fault and that I just wish someone would have kept me in the loop as I have now just wasted almost 5 hours, with drivetime, and a morning off of work and leave with no repairs on my car. The service manager needs to keep on top of his people and make sure his customers know what is going on. He just lost a $100 dollar sell plus any possible business my family and I would give him.

I went in with a pretty complex combination of trade and financing, and they took awesome care of us. Got a pretty great deal considering what I was trading, and left with 2 cars. If they run for 10 years, we'll be headed back to Bristol Toyota!!!!

We were kept waiting for over 20 minutes for a salesperson who wasn’t assisting another customer—even though they knew we were coming. When he finally showed up, the “negotiation” consisted of him tapping on his iPad to add tax to the sticker price. That was it. When we asked whether there was any flexibility on the price, we were told there was none—at all. If that’s the case, they should be upfront and label their vehicles clearly as fixed price, instead of wasting customers’ time pretending there’s room for discussion. I’m genuinely curious what used car price at a traditional dealership is truly non-negotiable. This isn’t CarMax, yet they’re leaning hard into the no-haggle model while acting like there’s still a used-car shortage in 2026. The self-praise doesn’t match the experience.

I had such a great experience working with Jason and his team at Bristol Toyota. After dealing with an issue with my newer Toyota that I had bought at a different dealership, they stepped in to help and have earned a loyal customer! I’m so glad I was able to trade and buy a new car from them after all was said and done. They were up front about pricing and helped get me into the new vehicle as soon as possible which I appreciate as a busy mom. Thank you again!

My sales person at Toyota in Swansea was Sean Viera he is very knowledgeable.. No pressure from him just the facts and very down to earth. This was my first time here and I recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota . Smooth and easy from time I walked in down to the finance guy who was great. No complaints there.

I purchased a Tacoma TRD Sport from Bristol Toyota in Swansea MA in November and have been thoroughly delighted with it. Hector in sales and Jess in financing went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchasing experience, truly outstanding service! Finally a dealership that wants to make customers for life instead of just pushing a hard sale and trying to con every penny they can out of you. I can highly recommend getting a vehicle from them.

I just purchased a new truck from Bristol Toyota, and it was hands down the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. Andy was my salesman, and he was incredible from start to finish. Zero pressure, extremely informative, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable every step of the way. He struck the perfect balance between knowledgeable and approachable, which is rare in this process. Paul was also great to work with...professional, straightforward, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. And Jess, over in Finance, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, helping everything come together seamlessly. The entire team worked together in a way that felt coordinated, transparent, and customer-first. No games, no pushy tactics.....just a group of people who clearly care about doing things the right way. I went to Bristol Toyota for the first time to have work done on my car. I dealt with Christina and she was very attentive to my requests. I had dropped my car off, and she sent me a video of the mechanic (Logan) doing an inspection of my car and the items that needed attention. I felt this was very was transparent. I brought my car from Florida and they installed a front plate on my car complimentary, which i very much appreciated. Overall very impressed with the customer service.

We just purchased a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid and we are loving it! Bristol Toyota was by far the best dealership we have ever worked with. The service was remarkable from beginning to end from our sales person Shawn Guillemette to Jess Camp our finance person. Shawn made the process so easy. His communication was top notch and he made sure everything was all set with no hiccups when it came time to pick up our vehicle. Jess made the finance portion so easy to understand providing great laughs along the way. I highly recommend this dealership as we could also tell from the other employees their willingness to help in anyway.

I contacted a few Toyota dealers because my 2025 sienna has a serious safety recall without a remedy. I bought a minivan to transport my grandkids safely. The recall notice said not to let anyone ride in the second row seats. Bristol Toyota was the only dealership that seemed to care about the situation I was in. Matt the sales manager seemed to try hard to get me the best deal possible. Jes, the salesman that helped me, was very nice and knowledgeable. Although I should not have had to, I traded in the 2025 Sienna for a 2026 Sienna XLE. No one seemed to be able to give me a Minivan rental for possibly three months while Toyota comes up with a way to repair the second row seats. I am not happy with the way Toyota handled this recall. They were aware of the issue AT LEAST 2 months before they notified owners of these Siennas. I probably did not receive as much as I should have for my trade because the dealer cannot sell this car until it is fixed. That is not my fault or the dealers fault. I picked up my new minivan of 12/31. Jes set up all the technical parts of the car quickly and did not make me feel rushed even though he was supposed to go home an hour earlier. This was not my experience when I bought the 2025 sienna at Toyota of Dartmouth last March. I hope I don’t receive any recalls on this vehicle. If I do, I will not buy another Toyota. Toyota corporate needs to improve their service to their customers who are spending a lot of money on their cars and expect a safe vehicle

We had a great experience at Bristol Toyota. Alex was so easygoing, down to earth and did not pressure us at all (despite being end of year). In addition, Jonathan explained all financing options and allowed us to decide what we needed in a friendly, easy going manner. I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry from Bristol Toyota and had an excellent experience. My salesperson, Juan, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure my experience was smooth and positive. The General Manager also took time to assist in the sale. I would highly recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car.

From start to finish, the team was very welcoming! I went in there with zero knowledge of the leasing process & left there fully confident! I am so happy with my new Toyota Carolla that Caleb picked out for me! Hector was extremely helpful & patient with me answering all of my questions & showing me all of the features as well as ensuring the Bluetooth was connected before I drove off! Jason & Keith worked hard to make sure I stayed within budget! Jimmy also kept the line of communication open & honest calling me to update me every step of the way. Jonathan was super helpful finalizing the paperwork & explaining the leasing process in finer detail! Everyone worked well together & the best part for me was driving off on Halloween & seeing multiple employees participating in dressing up in costumes. The atmosphere was very welcoming! Experience was a 10 out of 10, definitely will recommend!

We recently purchased our new family car at Bristol Toyota and our experience with the salesman Mike was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient and kind with our kids, which made the whole process so much easier for our family. He was also knowledgeable and straightforward, taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain every detail without any pressure. Most importantly, he helped us get a great deal without any of the usual dealership headaches. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! Jonathan in the finance department was also really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We’re so happy with our new car and would highly recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle - especially families.

This was such a great car buying experience. I dealt with Michael Domingos, who was very attentive (people skills, straight forwards, and detailed oriented). I was shown car that met my needs. I never felt like I was being upsold. The inventory was very diverse and allowed for a lot of options. I financed. Manny helped me with that...the best part was I was able to choose a local bank! It was truly a great experience. The follow-up e-mail was great too. Great customer service.
