Not once but twice!
I’ve bought my second car now from Mark at Crestwood, and it has been an A Plus experience all the way.
When a hit and run driver totaled my car at 2 o’clock in the morning while it sat in my driveway, I was in dire straits. I was leaving the country in less than two weeks, and I had no idea how to find a good affordable car in time, let alone get it registered, and all the paperwork pushed through.
Mark came to my rescue. He understood just what I needed and found a car right in my price range. While I dealt with passports and visas, he got my car registered and ready for me to drive in time.
An added note: I don’t know anything about cars and it’s probably pretty obvious to any car expert who talks to me. It’s easy for people like me to get taken advantage of. I do not easily trust people. But through the many years that I have done business with him, Mark has always been a straight and trustworthy guy.

Unfortunately years and years ago. Crestwood was a different business. With in the last few years I've purchased 2 vehicles from Mark. One being a 2006 Hummer H3. I traded my Cadillac in 4 out of 5 stars. In return I received this H3, had nothing but problems from the day I purchased it, nothing but problems. Unfortunately I had to endure this. I will member goo back the body of the suv want even attached to frame. Every dash light is on. He took it back several times and it came back with same problems. Bought a 2004 Corolla LE back in January (2013) and am very satisfied. Car is very comfortable, quiet and gets 32 mpg. One nice thing: it has leather upholstery which is unusual for a Corolla. Also Mark took care of all the paperwork for getting the car registered saving me from wasting a day at the RI DVM.
