I never write reviews but had terrible service. Ordered a part and returned it will within the return period new in box because I found a separate solution to the car problem. Associate told me everything was squared away and I should see a full credit. Never got the credit and when I called they offered no help and said to contact my bank. Associate hung up before I could even ask more questions. I’m out $255 because the associate never actually processed the credit.
Stoped in to pick up parts I ordered. One of the parts was a little behind schedule so the manger offered to hand deliver it to my house that night since I live in town. They were at my front door within the hour with my part in hand. I’ve been doing business with them for years. Their a good group of guys that work well together as a team and sell only the best quality parts.
Awesome customer service. Best Auto parts store around. And I've been to all in the bristol County area. Stop in to see Mike he will help you with whatever you need.
The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. This is not a advanced auto or auto zone, this is an old fashioned parts store. These guys know what there doing.
Nothing stood out to me except the tight parking. Friendly staff, organized store, all good. I still look to NAPA as my go-to for vehicle parts and supplies, primarily because the stores are focused on repairing not pimping. I like that!
Stopped by after my way home from work to grab an oil filter for my hard to find 99 Trooper. They had one in stock and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Will be back to this location for sure
The guys were helpful, they had the bulbs I was looking for in stock (this was my 3rd stop), and the price was a fraction of what Advance was charging.
First time ever stopping in at this one and at 11:30 store is closed, hours today are 7:30-6. Horrible first impression and doubtful I will come back. All other locations are far out of my way. Off to another parts store
The guys working behind the counter were polite and very helpful in getting me my new wiper blades and put them on for me in the pouring rain! Very happy with my experience and will return.
