Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and great prices. My ABS light came on and I was 150 miles from home. Google best Volvo service shop in Ocean City and OC Import was #1 on list. They diagnosed that the left sensor needed to be replaced. Not the case, the ABS bolts were loose. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and haven't had any problems at all. So, if you're looking for an Excellent mechanic in Ocean City, MD OC Import Service is the place to go! Also, works on all make vehicles!

I had a clutch replaced in my car awhile ago. I never thought to leave a review but I thought I probably should share my experience. I was in Ocean City when the clutch in my car went out. I was on vacation and didn’t have another way home. When I called OC imports they sent a tow truck to me, and got me in the next day, as well as they had my car done within the next few days. I didn’t think i was going to get my car back in time, but they really did deliver on that promise. The customer service was outstanding. The speed and quality of the work was great. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs mechanical work done to your car. The gentleman that assisted me was more than helpful to me.

Absolutely fantastic company!!! I was on vacation, battery died. Brought the car to them, in and out in 30 minutes!! Wonderful customer service, reasonably priced.

Mannn these guys are the best!!! They were the only ones who would help me with my 76 Fiat when I broke down near by. I am sooo glad I found them. The owner personally sat with me forever going over what it could possibly be. He and his crew just are just genuinely people trying to help other car enthusiasts. I can’t thank them enough!!! I wish every business was like this.

Most impressed by the shop’s willingness to jump quickly on emergency repairs so that we could leave for home on time. Very courteous and charged a very fair price. Would have them look after my car on a regular basis if I lived in the area.

Very nice, polite, courteous people at this place, took my brothers van there to be serviced today, very informative and patient, I was 15 mins late and no attitude about it, def would recommend, however I was there from 8:15 til 11:00, if you take ur vehicle here be careful it’s small you might drive right by it like I did

Josh at OC Imports is a top notch business owners. Spending most of my professional career in the automotive world I must say OC imports is really focused on taking care of their customers. I had a issue ans not only did the get me in within the hour of me placing my first call ever to them. They resolved the problem by fixing it and not just throwing parts on it.

Worst service ever, unethical & extremely unprofessional! Was out of town in OC MD when engine light came on and heat stopped working. Was told my Q5 2018 was unsafe to drive and was recommended to Josh & OC Imports. I was quoted a 48-72 turn time and received 152 hours. On the third day they admitted they ordered the wrong part and instead of working Saturday to complete the job(due to their error), they made me wait an additional 3 days. When I found out about the error on their part I informed them I would pick my suv up/ they said it was not an option the engine was out, I asked them to get me rental car (which they partially reimbursed) and a discount for loss of work & time driving back & forth from DC. When I did pick my suv up the cost went up again since they had broken another part in my vehicle & charged me the cost of repair. When I stated I found the cost &treatment unfair- I was told that if I wanted my vehicle back I would have to pay the now $966.54 (by Josh) for which was probably a $38.00 hose replacement to start I would never recommend OC Imports or their unethical practices!!

Very helpful during a very stressful situation. Always available for my many questions. I’d definitely recommend them.

Worst customer support ever . Simply called for a price and the guy who answered the phone was every ride and said it’s not free and hung up the phone . Will not go there anymore .

O.C. Import Service is the best car service in Ocean City When the back window in my BMW was stuck Josh Koch and his crew worked tirelessly to scan, research and communicate the issues. Don't delay if you have a BMW Mercedes or import car rest assured Josh will do everything he can to get the job done, and deliver the best customer service around. .

Nice, attentive mechanic. After a $300 repair, the issue was repaired... until it wasn't. The same problem occurred again about 3 weeks later. In all fairness, a second repair shop 1/2 repaired the problem after $1000! FINALLY, a friend of a friend fixed it. It's been fine ever since.

I was visiting from out of town and had car issues. I found OC Import Service and I could not be happier with their service. They are quick , reliable and knowledgeable. If you live in the area or traveling from out of town and need assistance, take your car to these guys!

The place to go if you're looking for a good honest shop. Had to replace an alternator last minute and they went above and beyond to get the job done right. Very friendly and welcoming and I'm very happy with my experience. Would give more stars if I could as I could not be anymore thankful for the work they did.

This place is the best !! I had some rough idling issues, check engine light come on , these guys were Johnny on the spot! Had me fixed and running in no time, thanks OC imports.

My Daughter was on her way for a long weekend at the beach. 40 miles outside of the condo, her car basically stopped running. With her being over 5 hours alway, there wasn’t much I could do. I found OC imports via internet and immediately called. The car is a Volvo which can be difficult to find someone to work on it. Within the first seconds of the call, I knew I made the right choice. They put my mind at ease. They even stayed late until her car could be towed to his location. He called me ever few hours to keep me up to speed on the progress. Less than 24 hours later, the car as repared. It was the serpentine belt, which is no easy fix. The icing on the cake was the price. They were very fair even though i would of paid whatever. We really didn’t have much of a choice. I highly recommend OC Imports, they definitely went above an beyond my expectations.

On the way to OCMD, my windshield wipers stopped working in the pouring down rain. Desperately started calling shops late Saturday afternoon since I have a Volvo not all are familiar. Made it to OC and was able to drop the car off first thing Monday morning. With it being a Volvo they had to order a part ( but no surprise for me there), got the part at a discount rate, and put the part on in no time once receiving. We were at the beach all week so the time wasn't a big deal but they did a great job! If I lived anywhere close to the shop I would always take my car there.

Have now been to OC Import Service twice and could not be happier with service and pricing. Have already told a mutitude of neighbors about why they should see Josh for their service needs. Arnie P

Josh and Darrel are the BEST! I took a 2006 Jaguar S-Type to get the Climate Control Module and wipers fixed. They did an EXCELLENT job! I am a customer for life, they will be the only ones to touch my car from now on! If you have an import car, these are the guys to go to! Honest and professional! 5 Stars PLUS!

I've brought my car in a couple of times now for various issues. The guys at OC Imports have always provided me a fast, spot on diagnosis and have been direct about what's going on with the car; they haven't tried to sell me any unnecessary work and they are good about reusing parts where possible. I've always been fairly charged and never had an issue with their work. I'd highly recommend OC Imports to anyone.

I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. In August I was headed down to OC for the weekend when a 2x4 appeared in the road. It was unavoidable so I slowed down as best as I could and tried to drive over it. Unfortunately, it was wider than my wheels so it did some damage to the underside of my 335i convertible. We found this place online and after a short wait Josh put my car on the lift to give me the good news: It was only the cover that was torn and another piece (can you tell I'm not a car person) that was slightly bent but they assured me I was good to go and could make it to OC, through the weekend, and back to DC without any repairs. We continued happily on our way and thankfully their advice proved to be true. Josh didn't charge me a cent, either. I was fully expecting to get shafted but these are good guys that won't sell you unnecessary repairs. Thanks again!
