I regret to say that, but this place abuse of people in their vulnerability. To avoid, we had a road incident and the police called this garage without asking us, knowing full well that it was closed on weekends. On Monday morning they were waiting for us with a bill of $850, for a normal towing at night towing, (normal rate for this type of towing is $250 to $350). Very much above their service and help. It looks like a beautiful tourist racket, waiting to break in their area to abuse you when you are in trouble, I do not recommend this John's Auto Body Repair and towing, there rate for mecanic is 175$. The best place to been abuse!

Got me in and fixed in time frame they said. Painted my hood on my truck and replaced windshield. Looks great and will go here for all work in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with John Auto Repair after a recent collision. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Top notch service. Had some body repair work done on my Honda, and my car came back better looking then when I bought it from the dealership. My car was cleaned inside and out, and not to mention freshly waxed. What a very friendly, professional staff. I will definitely refer John's Auto Body to family and friends.

Our vehicle was towed by this shop/Mr. Matt; Tow truck license plate # 05394TT and we were told by Matt in order to retrieve our vehicle that we had to pay six hundred ($600) dollars in cash. Also, that he was one (1) hour away from the shop and wouldn’t be there until we confirmed that we had the cash. We are from out of town and do not carry cash. We asked him if he would accept debit/credit card, cash app, etc, and he said no. Please note that our vehicle was held at this shop less than twenty-four (24) hours. We had a very unprofessional/unpleasant experience.

Outstanding job very professional, the detail crew that took care of cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle should be paid very good. They are extremely meticulous and professional.

This shop is teamed up with the local police. Towed my car after a minor accident and tried to charge me 1400. One of the first 0questions out of the officer's mouth was "you have cash on you?" before calling a this tow company without my knowledge or consent. Scammers.

Taking my truck for repairs to Johns Auto Body after an accident is one of the best moves I have ever made. Their work is superb, the girls in the office are nice and friendly, and the detailing crew made my truck look like it came off a show room floor. I would highly recommend them for auto body repairs. Couldn't be happier!!!

My husband bought a 2003 Subaru Baja and wanted some damaged areas repaired..They did an amazing job! Was done within the week and looked so good! It was detailed and looked like a new truck! My husband was like a teenager when he saw the excellent job that was done! Thank you for making his day.

Went there today to get an estimate on painting roof of my truck, haven't heard back yet! But I know there reputation is excellent! So I'm in good hands!

If I could post -10, I would. This place is a rip-off if you are a tourist. My truck was not here for 24 hours, and he charged me $435.00 cash to get my vehicle. I called him that morning, and he originally told me I had to wait til Monday. I advised that there's no way that's legal, and my husband had medication that he had to take daily that was in the vehicle . He could not provide me a daily rate price and robbed me without a gun. Be aware of this scammer to get your cash, knowing you need your vehicle to get home.

GREAT SERVICE and AWESOME FINISH PRODUCT!!! I had a body panel damaged in a not so normal area on my truck. I was told it was a big job and the people here were the people I wanted to do it per there past reviews. I was NOT disappointed! It is good to see people taking pride still in the work they do!!! Thanks to everyone in that shop, y’all did an amazing job! Looks like new again!

Excellent staff, work done on the front end of my FRS was perfect and on budget. Highly recommend!

Most unhelpful and rude man answered the phone. We asked to be able to collect our key for our car from the lock box and he absolutely refused to help or have someone else help us. He even yelled at us on the phone for asking for information about when we would be able to get it because it was the weekend. Do not recommend at all! Stay away!

I have worked in the auto industry for 30+ years and I can say easily say John's Auto Body Repair is the best body shop I've ever worked with. My son's Mustang was involved in an accident in Ocean City and I selected John's Auto Body on google reviews alone. I was worried a shop in a small town wouldn't have the tools necessary to properly repair the vehicle. Have worked in auto restoration I know how typical body shops due to control costs for the insurance companies. When I spoke with John personally to review my concerns he assured me I would be pleased with the results. Wow! Is all can say. John's Auto Body has the ability to straighten frames, mimic factory spot welds, and they even matched the finish on the inside of the fenders to factory where no one else would look. Not only are the repairs top notch but John and his wife made me feel like family. Thank you for such a pleasant experience after the pain of seeing our vehicle damaged. I will drive the 2.5 hrs from my home to work with John's Auto Body again.

My car looks awesome! Great job paint on silver car matches and is blended nicely. Staff is super nice and accommodating, they were able to complete job early! Car was even detailed when we picked up. Will use for all detail and body work!

John and his staff members are truly professionals. John and staff members did everything but paying for the bill. I am from out of state they drove me for a rental. John spoke with my insurance agent and office staff called for the rental. My car driven on beach full of sand and dirty returned with repairs and detailed looking brand new .i can't say enough about there service truly professionals my recommendation to anyone in their need .Again thanks for everything.

This is the first time I needed body work done on a car since moving down here. I didn't know where to go. I read reviews on a local page and felt confident John's Auto Body was a good choice. I walked in and got an estimate. The estimate was explained to me in detail. Made an appointment and now my car is fixed. Everything went smoothly, this place is very organized and professional. Towed my car from accident scene through Maryland State Police who told me he could not wait for me to call my own roadside assistance and then held my car hostage for extensive fees including $200 just for coming to the scene of an accident! John kept my car for 22 days until I could come up with $875!! unbelievable!! John's Auto Body Repair ripping people off with the help of the Maryland State Police! This is the best auto body shop in a 200 hundred miles radius! I completely trust them with all types of body work! They are professional & you don't have to worry about anything! The office staff is great too! They also clean & detail your car for you. They know exactly what and how to get it done right the first time!

When I picked up my car it was beautiful! Not only did they fixed my bumper but they detailed my whole car inside and out! I had marks on my hood that I couldn’t get off and they did! My car smelled brand new inside and my wheels are shining! I highly recommend this place you can tell that they are dedicated in what they do! Thanks so much for making me a happy woman! Awesome repair work on my Sonata. Not only did they work well my insurance, but they also fixed a leak in my tire and ran a diagnostic on my TPMS at no charge. Thanks John's Auto Body Berlin!
