We called them in the morning and they were here that afternoon. We have spent six months clearing out a large building and needed the last stuff taken out. The guys were hard workers and professional. We would absolutely use their services again.

All the people at JDop were extraordinarily nice and responsive. Within two days of calling, they completed the job! They're getting all my work going forward and I highly recommend them.

I called them because they’re Veteran-owned and the pledged to keep most of the stuff out of landfills. The individuals that showed up were courteous, efficient, and respectful. They were in and out in about 45 minutes, no questions asked, no issues. The estimating process seemed a bit arbitrary but the price was fair. Overall a good experience.

It seems very rare these days to find a company with great customer service, professional and friendly employees, and at a reasonable rate. I can't praise them enough the job these guys did quickly and efficiently...even down to the last little bit of dirt. We had a condo that was trashed and the tenants' left an unpleasant site. These guys handled it all and professionally. Great experience all around and will definitely keep in mind if the service is ever needed again.

I had called them to remove a piano. They exceeded all expectations! I had an appointment with a different one 800 junk removal service the week before. That company called me and canceled the day before. Because they said they would need six people to move the piano. This was because I told them they could not slide it across the floor. They had to lift it, and put it on a dolly or something. I called Jdog Junk removal, and was able to get an appointment very quickly. The two men who showed up were neat, professional, friendly, on time, and knew exactly what needed to be done. I could not be more pleased. And the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them! I will call them again if I ever need anything removed.

I recently had to clear out 2 large storage units that I had for years and were packed to the brim. I would not have been able to do this without the great team at JDog. They were very responsive, showed up on time and made quick work out of what would have been an arduous task for me. Can’t recommend them enough and will certainly use them again in the future.

Very responsive when I sent an inquiry online. I started getting text messages from Carol, who walked me through the process - asked what needed to be hauled away and gave me cost estimates for everything up front (I sent photos as well). (Btw, 1800Junk won’t give you an estimate until they’re standing there with you, which is a pain). When the guys came, they were super friendly. Mine was not an easy job - lugging a broken sleeper sofa down four flights of stairs - but they were total pros. I ended up having them take a lot more junk than I initially asked, and the price came in lower than the initial estimate (which they told me was possible - they like to estimate on the high end rather than give you an unpleasant surprise). I would def use them again. They were great.

These guys came out to my OC condo to remove almost everything left behind by the previous owner. They are amazing got everything out of my tight area without dinging any walls and got everything in their truck with one haul. The price was fantastic, much better than the competitor's. Can't rave about the service enough.

My husband and I had 2 heavy triple dressers to swap between floors. We could not find anyone to do it for us (with payment). Odd jobbers are hard to find. Saw the JDog truck in our neighborhood and gave them a call. Well, they do all kinds of odd jobs not just junk removal! They were out in 2 days and did the job for us. I had an old sleeper sofa to get rid of. I called them in the morning, and someone was at my house about 1 hour later. I got lucky that they were in the area that day, and super accommodating! The crew arrived on time, and were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again!

The owners are involved from initial site inspection to the final walk through. Final price exactly as estimated in quote. Totally professional, fast, efficient, and highly affordable. Any items judged to be sentimental, valuable, or useful were brought to my attention before removal. They were very careful to make sure all demo was done safely, which was very important with our kids playing in the area. Very impressed - a highly valuable service that exceeded our expectations. **excuse the last dark photo but included it to show materials including nails, wires, paper pieces, and all items the might have become litter were completely cleaned after demo. Also, they are careful not to dump hazardous chemicals. All great practices to protect the environment!
