If I could give more stars I would. We were on vacation when we started having car troubles. This location was so helpful. Needless to say, i was more than stressed. Christy went above and beyond to help us. Actually every person in the store was so helpful and helped us get back on the road.
The storefront is very small. Seems to be more of a parts shop for local businesses. They didn't have what we were looking for (cleaning products), so we ended up going to another store. Also, we stood at the front counter for 5-10 minutes before someone came to check us out.
Great service and enjoyed the conversation with the man who waited on me and come to find out our fathers worked the same business Capt Billy and my daddy Clameye!!
The hours of operation on the doors is in lie they close at 5:00 not 6:00 cause me to ride all the way back to Berlin from Salisbury to pick up my part will never buy apart from this Napa again
Wonderful store and the gentleman that helped me was great. I found the best price for a car battery at NAPA - the other auto parts stores in town were about $75-$100 more for the same battery. Additionally, NAPA offers a discount for military/veterans.
What a great little store. Couple of car guys that know their stuff,and can get their hands on almost anything. Good prices. Give them a call and stop in.
Called it to make sure my part was there. Waited half an hour in store for them to come back out and tell me that the guy on the phone lied, and that they actually didn't have it.
Napa is definitely quality compared to simular stores... however you pay for that quality as it should be. I purchase most items from them or Rock Auto.
I am from upstate New York on vacation in ocean city. I had to replace my rear brake pads. I was able to get the pads and replaced them in the parking lot. They had a couple of tools that I did not have and let me use them. The female associate was very professional and helpful to get me back to New York. Thank you for the great customer experience.
Short story...Sent my wife for a replacement belt and the gentleman (Richard) sold her a belt that was not even close. I returned the belt and explained to him he had measured it wrong. He immediately disagreed and took offense with me even though I had brought the old belt to measure. He continued to disagree. So asked him 3. 3 ! Times to correctly measure the belt and he said I was being rude. Got my money back and went somewhere else. Rule 1 never talk back to a customer Rule 2 stay in school. Won't be back
