I don’t understand car repair places, especially with the weather in the storms we’ve had. I merely called to see if they could replace a rearview mirror if I bought it from there no we don’t do that. It’s all I got back in the day. People would go over and above to help a customer, especially they offered to buy the parts there.
How often does an errand to get wiper blades turn into an experience that starts your day off right? I only wish the guys had name tags on so I call out by name the gentleman who helped so quickly, courteously, and thoroughly, even putting them on the car for me and clearing off some ice that was lurking under the wipers. I will come here every time I need a car thing.
I visited this location on July 29 and received the most disheartening and unwelcoming treatment from John, the store associate ever received from any auto store. I attempted to return un-used and unopened items per their return policy and he proceeded to talk over me and declined to perform his job. John’s combative posture was the utmost alarming to me, and I noted that I was not returning to that store based on the service that I received, and he became even more irate and refused the items. And worst, he dared me to file a formal complaint- I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. I will take my business where it is appreciated and welcome and influence others to do the same.
They were great. Helped me right away and saved me a lot of money on my purchase and were very friendly. Parking lot is easy to get in and out. I will be going back.
The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They are also able to source parts no one else can.
