Good experience to this place. They inspected my vehicle and clearly explained the recommended repairs. I appreciated that they gave me options and did not pressure me to fix everything. Professional and transparent service.

I had a manufacturer's defect with my door panel that was quickly diagnosed. Drop off and service was quick and efficient. The inspection report you get with the service is thorough and very helpful. It includes pictures of your vehicle, parts that were inspected and the service that was provided. While I didn't opt for the brake fluid service that was suggested, I appreciated the picture of the moisture strip in the report and will keep this place on my short list to provide that service in the future.

Andrew was awesome to work with for my TDI inspection. His professionalism, knowledge base, and expert advise was very helpful in getting the new (old) car on the road again.

Great customer service! Their team is always friendly and quick with service, both times we’ve went, we got our car back the same day! They send a detailed report with photos of any services they recommend for your car, but they don’t pressure you into anything. They also applied a coupon during our last visit to save us some money and their prices are very reasonable. They’ve earned two new regulars!

I wouldn't come here unless I had no other option. Came here a few days ago to get my brake lights and my backup lights fixed. Got them fixed and then once I left the shop the check engine light came on and my car was driving funny so I had to drive all the way back and then wait close to an hour to figure out what the issue was when it was completely fine before, it was calibrated and I was sent on my way. Was kind of annoying but then to make matters worse, now I just noticed that my right turn signal hasn't been working at all since I took my car in and I thought it did but apparently not. It blinks rapidly but it doesn't turn on in the back at all so now I have to come back and figure out what happened to it and wait. I wish I could give a more positive review but I just can't and honestly this whole process which shouldn't have been a crazy thing (fixing the light) just led to more issues.

Need to get your car fixed? Look no further! They do great work for great prices at that. Also it’s very rare for mechanic shops to be honest, they clearly are professionals with decency. 10/10 rating hands down!

They do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and send you a detailed report of all the service it needs including pictures and informational videos in case your don't know what it means. I found it very helpful and cool. It's not cheap to upkeep a vehicle, but at least I know it needs what they say it needs because I see it right in the pictures. They know what they're doing!

Recently I injured my knee and my car(baby) needed care. They provide me with a ride back home and return when it's done. I love how the people who work over there are not only knowledgeable but also go beyond and far taking care of all your possible needs. Thank you for your kindness and care, my car is running great. I would avoid unless you are doing basic maintenance (oil, tires, etc.). They were quoting almost $500(each) for parts alone to repair control arm with ball joint. I know for fact those parts cost $200-300 max. I tried to talk to them to see if we can work out a better price but they gave some lame BS. I ended up going to another recommended shop and saved over $800.

I have been bringing my car to Columbia Auto Care for about one year now. It is always a pleasant experience. At each visit they do an inspection so I can stay up to date with maintenance and the health of my car.

Fast, efficient, done right the first time, and keeps their promises. I also like their e-estimate system. You can see what needs to be done, why, learn what to expect, and can click the button to approve or deny the repair. If you deny, the recommendations are still available to you.

Hugo was very helpful and transparent. I actually had to go to the dealer for a specific issue they could only handle with my car system but he helped guide me even then with making a decision because I am not familiar with cars. appreciated his time and his team and will definitely be going back to use them rather than the dealer If I can help it !

I happened to get a flat tire across the street from CAC and after hobbling over there, these guys helped me out immediately. Super easy to work with - they ordered me a new tire, replaced it, and it was ready for pickup the same day. Thanks!

Stopped in because my tire kept losing air, they took extra time to really look over my tire and found a small hole and patched it. Great communication and now I have peace of mind for an upcoming road trip! 😃

Another GREAT Experience. They identified my issue and presented me a detailed estimate for my review and approval in a timely manner. They then completed the repairs and notified me when my vehicle was ready for pickup. They are professional, courteous and informative. They remain my only choice for repairs to my vehicle. Just came back from a long road trip moving from California to Maryland, and I was happy to discover this new shop to take care of all my automotive needs. The staff was friendly, getting a ride back home while the car was being repaired was easy and they serviced my car well. I'll keep coming back.

Service was quick and prices have been fair. The shop does a great job communicating with you, and my last two experiences have been solid. I've had smaller services done, like an oil change, as well as larger projects (overhauling my AC). Each time they've come in on budget and on time.

Since moving to Columbia, Columbia Auto Care has been the only mechanic shop I've used, and every interaction I've had with them reinforces for me that that's absolutely the right decision. They are quick, considerate, and very upfront with their pricing. They provide you with a clear and detailed outline of recommended vs necessary services and helpfully walk you through "here's what you absolutely need to fix today" vs "here's what you can get away with putting off until your next oil change" vs "you don't need new tires now, but you'll need them by the winter". They also offer a 1-year warranty on all of their services--and they honor it! At the end of last year, due to some major issues, I had a significant amount of work done by them on my car. More recently, I had a minor issue that was peripherally related to that work; they fixed it for free on the same day. Their honesty, excellent work, and friendly customer service make them the only shop I will use as long as I live in the area.

Everybody here is amazing! They really helped me out with my car and have always taken good care of me. They don’t try to oversell me things which is great especially since I’m a woman and people aren’t always as truthful and honest as they are. Thanks so much again to Danny and his whole team. Knowledgeable technicians and support staff. Quality care. It's the only place my mother-in-law took her car. Have used it too. Nice car wash and a gas station attached, I think they are distinct and separate businesses but don't hold me to it. Worth checking out for car care.

Columbia Auto did a fantastic job on my Car. these mechanics really know what they’re doing. they worked on my 2007 LS 460 Lexus and let me tell you when they were done my wife drove it off the lot and when she got home, she said it was like she was driving a new car. we have three vehicles that they have been serving for over five years now and we never had any complaints. if you’re looking for first class mechanics that can service your car and I mean any car Columbia Auto is the place to go.

Tried to open the rear door of my FJ cruiser, locked I could open side doors. checked, YouTube for solutions, nah, not mess with taking door apart from the inside of a lock door. Unlock rear window did not open, I drove and noticed door indicator light on. Checked for best reviews, Columbia Auto has 5 stars, I called for an appointment. Window issue was dog hair and debris, not electrical. Columbia Auto could have charge me $$$, their honesty prevailed, paid a diagnostic fee. Also, they ran a service check for my 14 yrs truck needed. I was shocked by the auto service, I thought was previously performed. Columbia Auto detailed checklist what was needed to be addressed. Yes, I paid now, or wait to be towed by the roadside. Delighted with friendly service guarantee, I have confidence in Columbia Auto ! Having all three new windows wipers is a game changer! I recommend Columbia Auto for your vehicle service needs ....
