Had to go in at about 4pm as my front right tire was rapidly losing air. Didn’t have an appointment and walked right in and was helped right away by Matt. Only took 20 minutes to replace the valve stem and I was on my way. Can’t thank Matt enough and will be back in a month to get my oil changed

Sometimes the most unassuming places will provide you with the best experiences. This shop is one of those places. Nothing fancy, just down to earth good work and great customer service. The men working here are friendly and care for your vehicle as if it was their own. I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the quality service they provide. Happy customer here.

The new manager was very rude. He made me feel unvalued as a customer. He kept insisting I needed a battery (was replaced last month) and front brake pads (replaced less than 500 miles ago) I feel like because I'm a woman he thought he could get one over on me. Over 600 dollars in repairs said to be urgently needed were not even close to needed. Be careful if you plan to visit this location as they dont have your best interest in mind just filling their pockets

Dec. 8, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. I visited the establishment to get a tire replaced and an oil change. The manager's attitude was condescending and extremely rude. I was unsure about the specific type of oil needed, and he made me feel inferior for not knowing. I told him, "I'm not going to be talked to like that." I then left and decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope this person has a better day.

Benjamin gave great customer service. I only came in there for rotors and brakes. I ended up leaving with the oil change +4 new tires also. Everything was completed as promised in the hours that was suggested. Everyone was professional.

Careless. Went for an oil change, brakes, and new tires As i left, they left the wheel lock on the wheel, attached to the lug nut. Drove around and noticed a noise coming from my newly installed tire, went back and turns out one of their techs knocked the pressure monitor off.

Super impressed - I made a same-day appointment to get my tire checked in the early evening, and the man working there was great. Very welcoming customer service, and he got the issue fixed so much more quickly than I’m used to. Didn’t go into any spiels trying to sell me things I didn’t need or make up a problem that wasn’t there. There are a handful of Mr. Tires in the area but I definitely plan to go to this one the next time I have a tire problem.

I recently got serviced there , just an oil change (for my little Nissan) was $123 . The last time I went it was $89, the price jump makes me feel like I got scammed . Also, it said the oil change came with tire rotation and break assessment …I literally got neither, which was made me very angry honestly. Don’t be fooled about the $20 cash back, I did it & literally said I’d get it in 6-8 weeks ($20…). Overall my service was not great and because it was so expensive, I’m going to call them about my so called “added benefits” . There are way more affordable places for oil changes , the increase wasn’t worth it to me.

My wife's car needed tires, alignment and a lot of brake work. We got a good deal on the tires and the cost for the brake work was more than we expected. We got the car home, a drive less than 10 miles and the brakes were burning up. Our garage smelled like a charcoal grill. We took the car right back and because of the problems, the manager jumped in and corrected what wasn't done right as well as things that the mechanic who initially did the work missed. We "had" used NTB for many years but decided to dump them because of shoddy work, over priced repairs and many of their value added services have been watered down since Mavis took over. Case in point is that when buying tires from them you only got lifetime rotation but rebalancing cost extra. A lot extra. Thankfully you guys still offer lifetime rotation AND rebalancing. However our experience with having mechanical work done at Mr. Tire wasn't any better than what we've experienced at NTB. Moving forward it is our hope that we don't have problems with having Mr. Tire do mechanical work on our vehicles. While I can't remember his name, your very young manager at the Berger Rd. In Columbia MD seems knowledgeable and competent at correcting problems.

Mr. Tire does not make it easy to claim or use the road hazard policy you can purchase for additional coverage. In my opinion they are not interested in helping you in the worst time when you need help and do everything possible to not honor the warrantees. See details below. I would strongly recommend not paying extra for something Mr. Tire will not easily honor I came in to Mr Tire store #721 in Columbia, Md, to have my flat tire replaced per the road hazard policy I purchased not three months prior. The manager of the location upon seeing the indication of driving on a flat tire (badly worn side walls) immediately voided the warrantee stating that if I had not driven on a flat tire the tire could have been plugged. After explaining to him I had no indication of a flat tire until a low pressure warning light can on while I was on an interstate hwy in the dark with no safe place to pull off and check the tire. After diving an addition 20 min I finally reached an exit to get off and and a safe place to check my tire and then changed to the spare. Even after explaining this he still denied my claim. After calling Monro Customer support. I explained my situation to them and they in turn called the store manager and still no change in result. I requested to talk to somebody else which they suggested the district manager but they would have to get permission to do so. They did and sent an email to him and 24hrs later I called the store back and the manager said that the decision to void the warrantee had not changed. I then ask the manager to call the District manager to have them call me questioning the direct verbiage on the paperwork I received regarding "Road Hazard" and what it said. Within an hour I received an offer that Mr. Tire would cover 80% of the cost of a new tire but I would be responsible for 20% because the tire was 3 months old and labor and taxes.

Went to Mr. Tire and had an awesome experience! Had a slow leak from a nail puncture, went to Mr. Tire, no funny business - in & out in 25 minutes. $59.99 for the repair. Will go back again!

Place is super shady. Tried to charge me 80$ to patch a leak in my tire. Then went out and said there was no noticeable leak and I need new tires because they were extremely worn (30k miles on them and regularly rotated). Took it to another place and they pulled a nail out in less than 15 minutes and sent me on my way for 30$.

I've been very happy with the shop. In the past they spent the extra time to find a rim leak that other shops couldn't. They've helped me out with a valve stem sensor problem that again other shops were unable to figure out. I've had them fix multiple flat tires. Most recently I went in because of a failed valve stem core. They fixed the problem quickly and I had the tire back on my car in no time.

We were on our way to Florida when one of our tires started losing pressure. We found this shop on Google Maps and decided to stop because of the great reviews, and now we completely understand why! CJ was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked our tire right away, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Just honest, genuine service from someone who really cares about helping people. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and kindness these days. We’re so thankful we stopped here, highly recommend this place to anyone!

I recommend Mr Tire on Berger Rd. Ben clearly explained and showed me the problems with my tires, helped me get the best sales prices, and started the work immediately. He was honest and told me that I did not need a tire alignment.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A TIRE REPAIR!!!!! I had new tires put on for my front two wheels. They didn’t tighten the wheels enough and my tire literally came off while I was driving in the middle of the road. One wheel came off and the other one was loose. I now have to now pay for it to be put back on and repairs to my car. STAY AWAY. BE AWARE! This is extremely dangerous and I could’ve died. I’ve attached photos.

Just wanted to share the absolutely fantastic service I received at Mr. Tire today. I went in for an oil change and brake service appointment, and Ben was fantastic from beginning to end. The tech (I can't remember his name) was great too! I was in and out within an hour or so, and will absolutely continue using them in the future! Every phone call was answered while I was there, every customer greeted kindly...it was really great to see. Thanks for the great experience and service!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with this Mr. Tire. They were able to patch my cars tire with very little notice after a nail got stuck. My car’s tires are very particulate and the dealership was quoting me hundreds for a new tire. Ben, the manager acted with high professionalism and attention. He gave me an honest answer and kept attempting to patch the puncture until it was repaired at a very fair price. The entire team, Ben, Mohammed, and Daniel all were very helpful and thorough in their work. Would highly recommend this location and will be coming here for all my cars tire needs.

Went there on a Sunday to get tires mounted on my truck. They gave me an estimate of $190 then it was $215 then it went as $250 when I finally went to pay. I get home 3 of 4 valve stems are missing. None of the tires have the same amount of air. It took 3 hours at least to mount them. I could have done it myself for the price they charged me and the shit talking I received from the front desk bad attitude. I hate to be only negative so I will say the manager or someone came in to help mount “big tires” 33 inch tires 😂😂 either way he came in and I greatly appreciate that. For everyone else at that shop. Find a new day job I guess. Thoroughly disappointed. Will not be returning. Also left some brown stuff on my wheels. It seems like it’ll wipe off? It didn’t come off with a car wash so we’ll see.
