The process was smooth and took a little more than an hour. Raymond was able to arrive early and was very nice. He explained the inspection and then methodically began. When he finished he imputed the information and we waiting for a price quote. We accepted the price and he printed forms to sign followed by him printing us a check. He explained that the car would be picked up in about a week and they would leave us the tags which we would return to MVA and the we could cancel the insurance. Took about an hour for car inspection and we began handling paperwork for the sale. Car ready for pick up (keys attached via lock box). Check provided and sale completed.
