I bought a Focus here because my son needed a car so I wanted to give him my old Camry, which was safe and reliable. I chose the Focus because it seemed "good enough" for my plan, which was to buy my last ICE car before switching to an EV in a few years. While owning my Focus for a little over 6 years I had the Customer for Life plan from Apple and they were fantastic. Never any pressure at all to make optional repairs right away, just straight information about my car while giving me my free oil changes. When the time finally came to buy that EV I found what I wanted at Apple Ford but, thanks to my dawdling, it was sold to someone else. Another dealer had the car I wanted at the same price so I bought it there. My Mustang Mach E is terrific but when the time came to have some recall service done (software issues) I came back to Apple. They were great, took care of the issue, gave me a courtesy ride home, etc. And that brings me to the thing that I have really appreciated about Apple Ford - the people they hire. Yesterday the folks I dealt with were the man who took my information and got my car service started. He was friendly and let me know how long things would take and then set me up with a ride home. The ride home was provided by a man named Drury. He is from Brooklyn and has only lived in this area for a few years so he wasn't certain of the directions to my house but having lived here all my life, that was no problem. As we drove I found out he is also a documentary filmmaker and that he is working on a film about Black firefighters in Brooklyn and by the time I got home I wanted to see that film. He didn't try to sell me on it at all - it was just the obvious passion he had for the project that pulled me in. The man could have just given me a quiet ride and earned his tip but, instead, he wanted to know more about me, and to share some of himself, and that's always the great thing about these kinds of encounters - you get a chance to meet people that are not in your usual circle and you get to learn something. The drivers at Apple have all been like that, from the college kid talking about his education (I teach at a a college) to Drury and his film making, those 15 minute drives are memorable encounters. Thanks, Apple, and the two men who took care of my car yesterday (and the mechanic who I never met!). Always a pleasure.

The entire team as Apple Ford is amazing! Corey, my specific salesman, was knowledgeable and willing to help with everything I needed! What I like most though is that Apple Ford was a one stop shop and was able to fulfill all of my needs!! Definitely will buy from them in the future. Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve had.

recently had the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership and i'm here because i refuse to gatekeep this one. I had seen this great deal on my favorite car and decided to go into Apple dealership one day to check it out. The person that greeted me was Mr. James Davis, he was not only " your friendly neighborhood salesman" just doing good work, making sure he works the best deals for you, and doing it well. He went above and beyond to make sure i got the car i wanted with a great deal. I was hesitant because as a woman, i didn't know much about cars, and was worried that would be used against me at a dealership, but i was lucky to find that it was the opposite, he was patient, answered my questions, went looking for vehicle in my favorite color, showed me all the features, and made sure to work a great deal that'll work for me where i'm at in life, all while being personable and genuine. And what he did was backed up by similar attitude from everyone else in the dealership, they were making sure to facilitate and work with me to make sure i left happy and with the car i wanted. This is what you get at a family owned business like this one. Not only is it personable, but you know you're not just another number, they truly want to build relationships, and in this case, have gotten themselves a lifelong customer and they started by hiring the right people. James is a wonderful asset to this company and it was a pleasure to get to know him, and work with him and i look forward to working with him in my future car needs as well. So if you're on the lookout for a car, you now know where to go, and who to go to :)

Tony at Apple Ford consistently provides exceptional customer service every time I bring my vehicle in. He is always friendly, honest, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and its maintenance. Tony takes the time to explain what’s needed and keeps me updated with timely communication while my vehicle is in the bay. If the wait time is longer than expected, he thoughtfully offers ride assistance options to make the experience easier. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about the customer experience. Thanks to Tony, every visit feels like a guaranteed five-star experience, and I’m always grateful to see him behind the desk.

I’ve serviced my 2016 Ford Escape at Apple Ford for years, and I want to recognize the excellent way a recent service issue was ultimately handled. After a problem during a software update disabled my GPS, radio, Bluetooth, and rear-view camera, Curtis Ford, the Service Manager, stepped in and truly took ownership. He maintained clear communication throughout, made sure everything was handled fairly, and oversaw the complete repair of my vehicle. I really appreciated Curtis’s professionalism, follow-through, and willingness to make things right. While it was a stressful experience at first, the way it was resolved restored my confidence in Apple Ford’s service department. Thank you, Curtis and team, for standing behind your work and your customers!

I had a very disappointing experience at apple ford. Online, they are advertising a lease of $388 per month with $5,700 down for 36 months and 10,500 miles per year, including a $6,500 discount. Based on that advertised offer, I went into the dealership expecting those numbers to be honored. Instead, I was presented with paperwork showing $670 per month, and they were only willing to discount the vehicle by $1,500 — not the advertised $6,500. That’s a massive difference. When I questioned the numbers, they initially attributed the increase to approximately $3,000 in taxes. However, even accounting for that amount, it does not reasonably explain a nearly $300 per month increase over a 36-month lease term. The explanation simply did not align with the math presented. After that, they attempted to blame the pricing discrepancy on Ford, implying it was an issue with the manufacturer’s program rather than the dealership. However, when I contacted Ford Motor Company directly, they filed a report and confirmed that the dealership is required to honor the advertised pricing. I spent over 3 hours at the dealership going back and forth trying to get them to honor the advertised lease special. They ultimately refused, and I walked away. This experience felt misleading and very close to a bait-and-switch tactic. I highly advise anyone considering a car from here to look at a different Ford dealership.

Traded the first bronco sport in for a Bronco Outer Banks. The service was just as great the second time around as it was for the first. This is my favorite dealership now!!!! My new Guys were Kendrick and Thomas 100 stars to these guys.

Tried the Quick Service at Apple Ford today and it was a really good experience. It’s first-come, first-served - so I recommend being there when the garage opens at 7am. We went in just to replace the tire-pressure sensor batteries, but they were able to take care of a few routine maintenance items at the same time — which saved us an extra trip. They even washed the car and a military discount (unexpected and appreciated). The staff were friendly, the waiting area was comfortable; they do offer a free shuttle if you live close enough. Overall, efficient, helpful, and easy — exactly what you hope a service visit will be!! Thank you!

I always receive great service at Apple Ford. Randy was extremely helpful this visit when discussing what should be done to improve my gas mileage, which had been decreasing for some time. He also reached out to me the next day when I had some follow up questions. Great customer service!

Excellent work in the service department. They were able to get my truck in, preform all the needed maintenance as well as some repairs. The attention to detail from the technician was amazing. Transferred over my personal stuff to the new part, and even respected my wishes to not use standard washer fluid but the rainx that I left in the truck for him. Very happy with how well they handled the visit.

Purchased a vehicle August 11th. This vehicle required a waiver to acknowledge the rear required a full replacement. The owners son advised I would be called when the part was available and it would be taken care of by them. I conveniently did not end up with a copy of the acknowledgement form in my purchase packet. Fast forward to my first service a few months later. I learned it would be an claim they file through the extended warranty to scam the system to cover cost of parts and labor, plus additional $100 for me.

GREAT SERVICE!!! I missed my appointment and they still worked with me to look at my Bronco. Les was very helpful and communication with the service department was excellent. He kept me well informed and even with a major repair he made sure it was completed in a timely fashion. My Bronco was down only 3 days and that was with them having to order the part. Everything seems to be good. After passing 2 other dealers to get to Apple Ford they will be my new dealership of choice

Came prepared knowing exactly what truck fit my needs and exactly what it was worth to me. Had a deal in mind that would be acceptable. Salesman David was able to make the deal happen without much back and forth. Finance manage Dylan was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Much faster process than I have had in the past. He’s responsive by text as well while we continue to finalize the paperwork. Overall, a positive dealer experience and would recommend.

I just sold my car to them, and the process couldn’t have been easier. They were super quick to communicate, really straightforward, and gave me the fairest/best offer. Also, when I was waiting for my Lyft to come pick me up, I interacted with four or five other sales staff, and even though I wasn’t giving them any business, they were still so nice and engaging. Everyone there seems like they’re genuinely a good hang, and that’s a really good vibe to have in that environment.

Every time I come it always trying to help and see how to make it better and make me feel that the dealership is helping and making sure I'll be satisfied. I had an outstanding experience at Apple Ford Lincoln and couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, my service advisor Angie, made me feel welcomed and valued. She was extremely polite, professional, and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She went over multiple tire quote options with me, patiently answering all of my questions and helping me choose the best option that fit my needs and budget. What really stood out was her attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service. She worked closely with her foreman, Tim Hunt, to make sure my vehicle was assigned to the best technician, which gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in great hands. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and I truly appreciated being kept informed every step of the way. My car was taken in promptly and the turnaround time was impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am extremely satisfied with my service experience at Apple Ford, with extra thanks to my service advisor Les and the transmission tech whose name I forgot to get. I will definitely be back here for any kind of warranty service and for any Ford specific work that needs doing! Now for the long story. In Fall 2025 I noticed that my 2021 F-150 was shifting poorly in gears 3, 4, and 5, which is a classic symptom of a bad 10R80 transmission. It was still under warranty, so I read some reviews and took it to Apple Ford. They were able to confirm the issue, but didn't have any availability for transmission work for a while. I ended up taking it to another dealer who treated me very poorly and claimed that there was no issue at all. That brought me back to Apple Ford and I just took a spot on the waiting list because I wanted the job done right and under warranty. After I brought my truck in, the tech was not only able to reproduce the issue, they managed to basically rebuild the whole transmission in just a few days! I got to drive it home the same week and only had to pay for a simple alignment. In the service notes it said there was a leak and there were burn spots in the transmission, requiring a significant number of updated replacement parts. It feels like I've got a brand new truck now, and that it'll be reliable for many miles to come. All that is to say, Apple Ford has earned my trust and if you've got an early-make 10R80, they've got a great tech for fixing them when they have issues.

Apple Ford had the exact Bronco I wanted but I was a bit leery of them based on a few bad reviews. However, I ended up going for a test drive, just to check it out. I definitely wasn't going to buy from them because they had some bad reviews. But after my test drive I started working with them on buying my car and they were great. They didn't give me the hard sell; instead they worked with me on pricing and financing ensuring that my wife and I were comfortable with the terms of the deal. The entire team at Apple Ford was great especially Jeff, James, Justin, and Lindsey who all made my experience purchasing a car a delight. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how well this team took care of me. If I had to buy a car again I'd go to Apple Ford first. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

I’ve been a customer of Apple Ford for several years and have brought my vehicle in for service many times. During my last two visits, I worked with Tony, Rick, Dan, and Service Manager Curtis. Each advisor was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. There were a couple of minor communication issues, but Curtis addressed them immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. He brought the team together to resolve the concern quickly, and his leadership truly stood out. I want to recognize Curtis for the outstanding service he provides. I’m grateful for the care and attention he gives to customers. Overall, my experience with Apple Ford Service has been very positive, and I look forward to continuing to have my vehicle serviced here for years to come.

Even though they didn’t have the part I needed in stock, they went above and beyond to source it for me the same day within just a few hours. Mark was incredibly helpful—he coordinated everything seamlessly and reached out the moment the part arrived, saving me both time and money. If your looking for a great, family feel Apple Ford is the place to be. Angelo was my salesman. He was attentive, and professional from the first phone call through the end of the sale. The sales manager Chris and finance manger Justin where professional and efficient. The entire sales process was transparent and swift. There where no back and forth games and I didn't have to spend my whole day at the dealership. I live two hours away and would come back to purchase a vehicle from Apple Ford. Keep up the good work!
