My husband took lawn and garden tools to donate. He was met by a very courteous worker and was directed to back the car up the ramp. He was immediately met by friendly staff to help him unload the tools. we are very happy with the entire operation.

Was kind of messy, items WAY over priced for things that were broken or missing parts. It also smelled bad. BTW, if you are in need of easy entrance (wheel chair, walker access), their outdoor elevator is broken and looks like it has been for some time.

Savanah is a very kind woman. Sweet human. She deserves all the bear hugs.

Great place to receive medical equipment for family members. Highly recommended!! Friendly staff and always new equipment.

I've been here three times lately and the staff has always been very friendly. Don't forget to tell them your phone number before you pay if you are a rewards member!

Only went to pick up a dresser but it was an easy process and they have a lot of affordable items that people can purchase for their home

I just bought kitchen table and I found it broke. When I returned it, the manager and the other ladies there refused to return. I was first anticipating at least to get store credit and buy another one. I don't recommend the Columbia location to anyone . But, definately Restore Silver Spring. The stuffs and volunteers there are wonderful. Columbia location needs to work on their manager and stuffs attitude. The manager was really mean and not personable individual to lead the cause of "Habit for Humanity". I had to call my bank.

Hard to find the entrance of the store. It's all the way down past the cargo loading areas, on the left. Look for the blue railing and the sign. Parking was difficult to find, due to all the trucks loading and unloading. The lighting inside is terrible. But habitat for humanity as always is a great store for used furniture cheap. They also have quite a lot of used appliances, hot water tanks, cabinets, dishes, etc.

Parking is SO LIMITED AND WEIRD. Not a huge selection and real dark inside, but they had good music playing and the workers were really nice.

Plenty of space for improvement! Not every item had a price tag on it. Cashier was slow and never smiled at the customers. The restroom smelled bad. Not enough parking. Delivery trucks/vans were taking up most of the space, most of the time!

Two White ladies i thinks who is manager and the other lady were too rude. They used loud tone to the customer and way so rinse. These people of workers need more professional and more training for working under pressure like sales time of the year.

High quality super thrift store for all your home needs. We go there often because they get new stuff so frequently. This place is hands down the best ReStore I have ever been to. So many options for chairs, tables, dressers, couches, sinks...etc All great quality and excellent prices! The service is great.

I tried to donate 4 double-panes windows in excellent shape. Without looking at them I was told they don’t take windows even though the web- site says so. I guess they’ll end up in the landfill. What a shame.

Store workers were extremely rude as soon as I walked in the door. I am still in shock at the absence of professionalism and just common decency. It was my first time ever going to a Habitat for Humanity and I will NEVER go to one again.

I'm all about reuse of items. Too many items in perfectly good shape go to the dump. I've found some beautiful and valuable furniture from the restore. The bedroom set for my guest room is made of quality oak wood and looks barely used. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Lots of like new furniture, but plenty of scratch and dent furniture, but it's priced higher than it should be. Lots of home improvement parts, could be worth checking out if you wanna find some supplies for home renovations. Great for finding a couch, cabinet, desk, renovation supplies...but not much else.

Typical "Thrift Store" layout with a large selection of furniture, rugs, cabinets, chandeliers, blinds, doors, toilets, windows, paint, some small tools, kitchen appliances, etc. with no clothes or toys to clutter up the isles. Cleanly arranged into rows and organized by type/style of goods, easy to locate what your wanting to shop for and at the time I visited had a large selection of everything. Def one of the nicer Re-Stores I've stopped at and a great place for that one of a kind project idea.

Great selection of bits for remodeling. Also some truly odd bits of awesomeness. It's a hard to find. Go around the first building and into what looks like a shipping and receiving area. The store is towards the back.

The new location is spacious and well organized. There are always dining sets, sofas, lounge chairs, bookcases, china cabinets, etc. if you need to furnishings for cheap. I sell stuff online and get all my packing tape here--way cheaper than the office supply stores! Stuff I've gotten: porcelain tile at 75% off retail, light bulbs, a Whirlpool Duet washer & dryer never used, tools, teak bookcase, dining chairs, a lot of nice housewares, some cool vintage art, and lots more. You DO have to stop in regularly if you're looking for something special as the good stuff gets snapped up quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff, too. Parking is easy during the week.

Hard to find, tucked away. The parking lot sucks, as this is an industrial zone. It's basically a warehouse. Big place. Good if you need an affordable bathtub. Some things didn't seem so cheap for being used. If you want paint you can't sample, you can pay a lot for a can here, or play it safer with Home Depot/Lowe's nearby. A few interesting pieces, but not much variety of household goods. Was not greeted/approached by anyone, which makes it easier to leave with nothing. I left with nothing. The free book exchange outside the door was the highlight of my visit.

Great deals to be had here if you like to hunt for that treasure. It smells yuck though, especially in warmer weather. I'm not sure I'd buy anything upholstered there because it would suck up that smell but wood furniture is abundant. I like the cause so I stop in now and then.

It's a great place to get some things in used but usable condition for prices (usually) quite low. Items include furniture, appliances, tools, and various types of building supplies and materials. The downsides are that you never know what they'll have until you show up and that used appliances don't always work. I bought one major appliance that didn't work at all, and another that worked for a few days then died. They don't really have a warranty on their stuff, but they will replace major appliances if they don't work at all and if you return them right away, so the first failure I got replaced. Having said that, I have bought a number of items there, and most of what I've bought worked fine.

The best place to buy new or use household items you can't beat the prices.

Always a good deal to be found. Great prices. Just got a solid wood bookcase for $10. Most things are either a bit outdated or need love. Every once in a while they have new modern stuff. Great for supplies like tape, paint brushes, sockets, etc.

I love this place so much I bought the shirt! Goodwill for your home! Fixtures, furniture, appliances, lighting, doors, cabinets, paint...at thrift store prices. The stock turnover isn't as rapid as I might like, and probably not as rapid as they would like, but the place is still fairly new. I've seen the foot traffic pick up as people discover it. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you have a home and limited cash, or you are just thrifty, you must visit this place. And if you have useful stuff that no longer fits in your life, take it to them. Don't forget that this is a very worthy charity. And who knows, that old table might be perfect in my house!
