Took 3 hrs to get there

I was originally told it would take a maximum of 105 minutes for the tow truck to reach me, but it took over three hours. Fortunately, once the tow truck arrived, it took almost no time to get the vehicle loaded and secured, but the communication was terrible, and my tow truck kept getting delayed.

My technician was great! Pleasant to speak with! Quickly took care of my issue!

The operator was fast, efficient, and friendly. Took what appeared to be an impossible task and handled it with ease!

Preston is professional and he drove us ( me and my car) safely to the service center. Hes friendly and respectful and the 50 min trip went by quickly in large part due to his cordial company. I highly recommend his services!

Aaron did great job. He improved contact of the battery and waited me driving around and can restart the car again.

My car was stuck on a tree stump. My driver had to use a saws all to cut the stump in order to free my car. He took my car to the repair shop & took care of all the details. It was extremely cold & windy and I feel John went above & beyond for great service.

The driver dropped my vehicle off in the middle of a parking lot. He was told to get my vehicle in the warehouse. He told me he don't get paid by the hour he get paid by the job. He dropped my rivian can off in the lot and peeled off. Disgusting and disgraceful. A report has been filed
