My first time experience with Chris was above and beyond what I thought it would be like. He'd actually kept trying to contact over the weekend via text and calling but I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number, so when Sunday came I happened to look at my texts and seen he'd called . Long story short, he first said someone would be there to get the car first thing Monday morning, but, he called me back to say he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could just get it now. HELL yeah! I said. Lol. That's where he went above and beyond. This was my first experience like I said and Chris did an awesome job! He's very knowledgeable and even had some jokes as we spoke while giving me a hard time about not answering my phone. It was all fun and games though. Thank you for being my first contact with this company. Btw, they gave me more than what they even quoted over the phone
LAST FRIDAY we called to sell a car to you. You made an offer and we asked if you could give an even $500. We were told that you would call back to make arrangements if it would work and if not..cancel the transaction. We never heard back…until 8:10ish TODAY saying you’re aknots and will pay $500. We were COMPLETELY unprepared and had not taken everything out of the car yet. The driver laughs and says he DID NOT BRING THE BILL OF SALE either…so
We’re planning to do this tomorrow. Less than 5 minutes later you text that you won’t be back “even if you get the car cleaned out”. Really??? Terrible customer service!!
If I recommend a company to buy a junk car, It would be U Pull It. I had a dump truck that my husband and I were in desperate need to get rid of due to moving. It was in the same position in my backyard for 3 years, and was embedded in the dirt. I called and they came within the week, when Chris got to my house he was hesitant on taking a dump truck since he was unfamiliar with taking one like mine. Once he got the thumbs up to take it, he worked with us in the cold weather of November. Also, he stayed for 1 or 1.5 hours to work a heavy big dump truck on his flat bed from a very awkward tight position where our dump truck was located. This company is easy to work with, and has a great employee like Chris that goes above and beyond!
Once you take a piece from here they don't give you a guarantee of returning it without telling them that the piece didn't fit, they forget that they are used pieces, you just lost 100 dollars in this place, be very careful with what you buy once you take it if the piece doesn't fit you, you lose your money
They now charge two dollars to get in to see if they have a need. Not too many cars for Chevys or Dodgers. Had six employees at 3 o’clock in the afternoon for employees and customers.
Darnell was my tow driver today. He notified me when he was on his way and even he worked around MY work schedule! He was professional, knowledgable and had perfect communication skills. I am a former teacher and business owner. We need more workers (in any field) with Darnell’s characteristic's! U-Pull-It hired a great guy! -Darcy
These guys started out acting like a class A salvage yard only to take a week longer then the time frame originally told to pick the vehicle up. Then once they fianally picked the vehicle up and give us the check they wrote the check for $200 less then we where told on the when we orignally c asked to sell the vehicle. This seemed to be a classic bait and switch, to where we’ll get them on the line then take for ever to pick car up, this crediting a time desperation, and thus rendering it a plausible situation to pickup the vehicle for a1/4 off the price. Moral of the story don’t take there quote for granted and to take there timeliness with a grain of slat because the guys and gals at U-pull-it seem to be trained to pass the puck when it comes to taking accountability and credibility of what they say vs. what they do. Just another salvage yard that’s willing to stick you any angle that they can and are allowed to. Be ready for the a.. reaming cause they will Pull-the-Rug out from under you! Also, they won't honor there battery warranty they sell you a bad battery and tell you sorry that's all we can do! What a rip off joint! Would never recommend this place, not even to someone I disliked. And will pay full price form a parts store before these guys see another dime of my money!
They gave me $427 instead of $300, which is what the other scrapyards in town were offering, and that was with free towing. Friendly and competent tow truck driver. Very happy with this service, would recommend to anyone.
Well horrible customer service skills, also they apparently close well before 7pm their stated and printed closing time. Rude, curt, abrupt, lacking hospitality or even common human decency.
Horrible customer service. I caller asking for a car part and they just told me “come down and look” isnt that what your numbers for? Drove 30 minutes for nothing!
My new favorite junkyard. I actually feel happy after junking my car. Was so quick as well. The tow truck driver was amazing and so friendly. Definitely recommend this place will be telling all my friends a family. Thank you for being so friendly and fair!
Came here for the first time yard is very clean organized and clear of debris for a yard. Prices were good and the customer service was excellent. I will be back awesome place to find a donor vehicle for your needs. I left feeling good about my purchase.
