I had a flat tire as I arrived to work today. Central Iowa Towing was notified and in under 60 minutes they arrived, removed my flat, placed a temp tire and brought my tire into a dealer for repair/replacement. Jamie identified the culprit. Their service was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and overall excellent. This is what I call customer service. Jamie was amazing. Highly recommend. A++
Marcos was absolutely amazing when it came to our service. Put our car in our very complicated drive way and help us jack the car up. He was very professional and caring. The car came pretty late but the communication on his end was fantastic. Glad he waited to get our car from a heavily traveled interstate until later in the day to insure his safety. Curtis was amazingly helpful and made a stressful situation seem not so bad. He went above and beyond. Due to other accidents that they had no control over (a semi… on fire?!) I had to wait longer than expected. But everyone I talked to was very pleasant. 100% would recommend.
