We dealt with Tim and he went above and beyond taking care of us and got our parts shipped out quickly. Shipping did a horrible job the cylinder came busted out of the box and it looked like it had been mishandled but either way it was a used part. Got us going again. I will be calling them in the future if we have need of any other parts.
Amazing experience. I saw a grille guard online. Called Tim to place the order. The guard was in Iowa. Cost only $50 to send it to Ohio. I was called to pick it up. Grille guard was in really good condition. The entire transaction was smooth. This was the second grille guard I ordered this way. I will be doing more business with this great, friendly company. Thank you!!
worst experience. They installed the wrong motor into a Peterbuilt of mine. Installed a 450hp motor in a heavy haul truck!!! Makes sense right!?!?!? Very poor customer service and I after 2 months still have a truck I cant drive. Stay away from here!!!!
