Everytime I've come here they've been very fair to me. They don't try to double their prices or try to get me to buy more than what u actually need just cuz I'm a girl like alot of other places in this town. They genuinely help in trying to guide and teach me in my quest to fix my truck. I've also seen them with other customers and they are always professional down to earth and upfront. Thanks guys!!!
They didn’t have my part in stock but Greg B really tried hard to get it for me and went above and beyond. I really appreciate being able to count on a honest company in the future.
Don's Auto right there did a great job I'm talking a great job I'm from out of town my truck broke down I need a transfer case and a drive shaft they hooked me ride up for $250 I'll talk to you can't beat it you can't beat it my truck still running strong now today thanks for them thank you very much Don's Auto
Just because , they confirmed the part we needed wasn't available but they let us look all 31 acres will return soon because we found a part we that we wasn't looking for
Seller is blatantly lying about a truck they have for sale. Says "SALVAGE TITLE NO DAMAGE THEY MUST HAVE MARKED THE WRONG BOX ON TITLE NOT ACTUAL DRIVES FINE", but when you search the VIN you see this is definitely not the case. Buyers beware.
Very good deals on most of their auto F:&O5s. The man who helped us was the most helpful, let u look around w/out him in your ear type of salesman. He allowed us to walk all around the place w/out him initially & then asked us if we had any questions for him & we walked back thru & he was knowledgeable of all cars & was a perfect abt not being pushy salesman.
Don's Auto has fantastic staff that provide a professional service, in an industry that others fall behind in. They sold me a truck part for less than others, and they took it off the parts truck and had it waiting for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are shady sales people who will pull the "well someone else came in and wanted to buy that car while you were gone so we are going to jack the price up on you" trick. Not a good business model! save your self the headache and back pain from them trying to bend you over!!!!!
I called about a part and they were able to tell me within a minute that they had it available. I went to pick up the part and they pulled it right away. Very friendly, great service, and a 30 day warranty on the part we purchased.
45 mins later then they said for a tow that was 10mins away from their building. No call to let us know they were running late. Had to meet them at the vehicle to pre-pay for tow insteuad of paying over the phone. So someone had to take time off work to be there...then they are 45mins late getting there. Top it all off their towing vehicle was not big enough for the vehicle that we had...even though we told them what vehicle we had.
So we still had to call someone else!
