Sold a car to me made quite a few promises to fix some issues while signing paperwork then afterwards all they did was make excuses as to why they couldn't, 50 miles down the road I had to use 3 quarts of oil and the torque converter was going out so it killed the car in a intersection almost got t-boned I am amazed he is still in business, he won't move on price and honestly I have never delt with someone so crooked
Update fuel lines not properly installed they leaked and started the car on fire
Was going to go buy a gmc savanna form these people today. After speaking about purchasing it for a week. They were incredibly slow to get back to me with the vehicles information. I call this morning for them to tell me they sold it over the weekend. Wouldn't recommend unless you live in dsm and can just pop in same-day.
This doesn't even deserve 1 star. But I bought a van off this company and didn't even make it home before it started acting up called them they towed it back there after a week and then told me they drove it all over and there wasn't anything wrong with it I bought this a year ago and haven't been able to drive it since and have put in over 3000 in it and it still isn't running. Will never buy from them ever agian and and thought everyone should be warned before they buy from them
This place is a scam. I don't believe any of the positive reviews after dealing with them foe 5 years. I purchased 2 transmissions from him. Neither was done properly and after he said he would fix he never did. NEVER TRUST THIS MAN
Bought a transmission from them it was the wrong transmission. Come to find out they didnt have the right one and instead of giving my money back they said they would fix the one I had. With experience as a automobile technician I was pretty sure ithe transmission needed a pump. I told them this I got the transmission from them after they so called fixed it. Took it home over 1 hr away , instale ot in my truck just to find out it was still leaking just like before. I took the truck to them and asked them if they replaced pump like I said they said no. So I left the truck with them for 2 wk got it back and it had greasy finger prints all over it and the transmission fluid didnt even read on dipstick I asked what they did cause it wasn't leaking, they said replaced pump. The transmission went out 1 month later. They got 1000$ out of me and I got screwed..
Very good service. Used tires but kind of high priced. Paid 40.00 for one tire plus 20.00 for mount and balance. Plus tax. Very friendly place and easy to find.
This Dale Jones guy repeatedly lied about when he would do the work to get my work costing me $100s in towing and days lost!
Look at all the terrible reviews and the people that hate him!
Look at some of them into the $1,000s of dollars and they say he won't make good!
How do do you suppose a loser like this can screw over so many other people and still have a 3.8 rating.

I was in desperate need for an alternator for a vehicle.....some how a mistake was made and I was given the wrong one...Upon returning to the office they were unable to locate the right one....Special thanks to the guy in the office he grabbed a couple employs and made it a priority and was able to locate the right part..Thanks for saving my day and having awesome customer relations!
I am 45 years old in my life the most dishonest I ever met I will not do any business with him and also let my family and friends know that I bought 3200.00 dollars boat he told me working boat but I have to spend st least 1700.00 dollars before any use. And stop answering my phone because he knows he did wrong .
This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve ever encountered ! My car was towed over 24 hours ago and they hadn’t filed a report so I wasn’t able to locate my car. I finally was able to locate where it was through a neighbor. Besides the fact that my car was towed from in front of MY garage at the complex, the “CEO” of the towing company was extremely disrespectful refusing to give me explanation on pricing and why a report wasn’t filed when the towing took place. After going back and forth for over 30 minutes and being insulted by the “CEO” and the other two gentlemen that work the front desk and also witnessing them argue and cuss at each other, I was able to get my car! I’ve had my car towed before but never experienced so much unprofessionalism and disrespect.
I call those guys this afternoon asking for some parts, the asked me what parts do I need and I told them fender, grill ensamble and head light so the request my p# to call me back for pracing.
10 minutes later the call me and give a price so I paid them with my CC, when I went to pick up the parts the fender wasn't there, I asked him about fender and he said is an other $100 for the fender 😡
Then I told that guys there is no way, I ordered and pay for all these parts and he told me " was the other guy that you spok with and he already left.
I was upset becouse that's why I called before come over, I was trying to get all the parts in one place becouse i don't want to waste my time, and the guy told me of you still want the fender for $100 I can send somebody to take it off now and 30 minutes later he told me oh we don't have the fender.
So since the make a mistake with my order and make wasted my time I told him that I want to cancel my order and want my money back. That guy said " I can't give your money back because we already waste time to take those parts off, so what is about my time too????

My son had an accident in January with his VW Golf and damaged most of the front end parts. (Bumper, hood, both fenders, grill, etc.) Jones Repair had the car and color that I needed. The men at Jones Repair were very helpful and professional. They gave me an honest description of the condition of their car and texted me pics of any damage. I drove three hours to pick up the parts...I was pleased. There were no surprises the parts were as described. There were all off the car and ready to be loaded. I was there less than 30 mins. and back on the road. I would definitely do business with them again.
I brought a camper from theses people every time i called or went in there to get my camper title wow the owner wasn't there i ended up having to call the D.O.T. and they made a call to Jone's Auto WOW i had my title within acouple of days
