I wish that I could give a half of a star or none. This company came out and tried to tow my truck stating that I had tickets and I was blocking the mailbox in my courtyard... That was false and proven by the police. I asked the driver to wait for the police and he and the person on the phone who was the manager said hurry up and pull off if we didn't pay $100. They couldn't give me any type of paperwork or card to prove the situation. The driver kept saying, "hey, they just call me to come get the vehicles and that l don't have to tell you the reason or even have to show you the paperwork." This is very disturbing and illegal... Say I would not have paid the $100 right then and there? My vehicle would've been on their lot collecting dues and fees for no apparent reasoning. I even tried calling and of course, no answer for hours... Scamming at its finest.
Had a tenant at one of my buildings have her car taken unlawfully and they did not budge until it was taken up with the courts. Switched tow service immediately.

My truck needed towing from a major intersection in DC. The manufacturer of my vehicle dispatched Queens Towing who came out in no time. She was able to hook my truck up, with no problem, and get my vehicle towed its destination without any damage. She was personable while towing the truck making me feel comfortable and at ease.

This place is NOT 24-hours towing company the website is a FRAUD! The company play games with your car and keeps your car to run up the storage fees! Do not have your car towed here the company is a Hot MESS! Queen of Towing is open Monday thru Friday closed on the weekend! I left messages on the answer machine they act as if they never received it! 24/7 weekend towing when I called they didnt answer! My cell phone can prove it!! I drove to the ratchet company to get info about my car. Trust me they do not answer the phone this why i drove there! The area was not the best! Customers beware this place is a hot mess! I drove there twice taking my items out of the car and not once did they ask for ID. Good luck if you need a tow they don't answer the phone and if they do good luck the business is ratchet!
If you're ever stuck in the DC area and need a tow, do yourself a favor and call Queen of Towing. I broke down near Capitol Hill during rush hour and was seriously stressed out. Queen of Towing got to me fast - way quicker than I expected.

This young lady is a godsend! Had a fender bender during a night with off and on rain, I must’ve hit a water puddle hidden in the dark of the road causing my car to hydroplane for only a quick second but once the tires caught traction again it jerked the steering while and got me by surprise. I reacted as anyone probably would be jerking the steering wheel in the opposite direction in an attempt to stabilize and sent the car right into a curb and then a light pole.Luckily this service was available in the middle of the night and able to get my car to a shop near my house making it easier to retrieve when the repairs were done. I don’t know what made you get into the towing industry BUT whenever I need something towed I’m reaching out to you first! You were pleasant and polite during the entire interaction and that helped my nerves settle down and you even sat and talked with me about a plan for what to do next. Hopefully you get a dumpster so you can start hauling away my junk after my seasonal house cleanouts! I truly appreciate you!
