My car broke down on Pennsylvania Avenue a few weeks ago and after waiting for hours my insurance company cancelled my towing request saying that there were no available in-network tow trucks available and I would have to call my own tow truck. At this point it was 10:30 at night and after no response from several companies MGM answered my call. They LITERALLY saved me! My car would have been towed to an impoundment if I had left it there overnight. Mohamed was courteous on the phone and prompt to come and pick up my car. He was so accommodating and even dropped me at my house and brought my car to a dealership out in Maryland. He made sure to give me a receipt so I could get the cost reimbursed and took pictures of my car safely parked at the dealership. I can’t say enough good things about the service and he was friendly and professional the entire time. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Mohammed was amazing when I got in a car accident and needed my car towed. He was communicative, friendly, and fair. He even gave me an extra plate of dinner he had in his car since it was late and I hadn’t eaten yet.

My car battery died, on the freeway, while it was snowing! Other companies were closed or had long wait times, but MGM was there in a matter of minutes! So thankful for them being so nice to me during a rough day! They got me back on the road in thirty minutes and offered their warm vehicle for me to sit in while they replaced my battery!

I had a really good experience with MGM Towing. My car broke down late at night on Route 50, and I was honestly expecting to wait at least an hour like most towing companies. But they showed up in about 20 minutes. The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure my car was loaded safely without rushing. What I appreciated most is they didn’t try to overcharge or add any hidden fees. The price they gave me on the phone is exactly what I paid when they arrived. The truck was clean, and the driver even gave me some advice on where to take my car for repair. I’ve dealt with a few towing companies before, and this is the first time I actually felt like I got good service instead of just being “a job.” I definitely recommend them if you ever get stuck.
