Just to say since I realize that advanced auto open them team members Andre W. And Christian Kn.(A sweet Young Lady) that work during the evening, They really have great Customer service Skills. Even before me coming Into the store when I called And ask for something by time I got there It didn’t take long to get. Plus They are friendly very well detailed when asking about Pricing and which part Would be more Recommended. I can actually say this location is best As will it get for me. I don’t like to compare But This will be my main store.

Do not go here if you are disabled at all! They will deny you accommodations. Sad. The ADA was created for a reason. Is not okay to break the law. Denying the bathroom to a disabled person is against Title 3 in the ADA after being alerted to this, and it is also against ADA to ask for proof.
Shut it down or hire new staff. The absolute most incompetent team I’ve ever encountered. HORRENDOUS customer service. Came for assistance, but only received excuses and back talk. Clearly just didn’t want to help at all. It is 02/23 and the time is 11:17am so to whom this may concern. Get your staff together.

Good morning- I am so glad that our community here in Hillcrest have Advance Auto. It’s been a long time needed. The manager Rain is such an awesome individual who extends great customer service. She keeps the store very organized, well stocked and clean. I knew her from previous Advance Auto stores and the same professionalism she carried there is now with our location. Thank you very much for coming to Hillcrest and bringing such a great manager.
As soon as I waked in, I was warmly greeted by Lavar & Anthony. Lavar quickly eased my frustration with his knowledge & customer service. He offered to change my battery & perform the necessary tests to ensure changing the battery was futile. I expected nonetheless from a store where Rain is the manager. There is another store closer to me, but I choose this store due to the amount of customer service I receive consistently. I highly recommend coming to the new Advanced Auto Parts on Alabama Ave.
Refused to come outside and test my car. Funny thing is I was at the other store and their machine was broken and when I said I would come to this store they told me they were going to say they couldn’t do it cause they just rather send them to another store. Sad. Sad. Service.

On the date of Sept. 8th I went to auto parts with a very difficult problem and one of their employees Ms. Teresa was so hopeful in not only identifying my problem based on limited information provided, and her assistance actually saved me money. I told her that she is my go to person from here on out!

I'm pleased to see a advanced auto parts in my neighborhood. When I went to visit I was greeted by a bubbly personality name Alexis, she was patient and admitted she was new but took her time and assisted me and all my questions.
Even though she was new to this location Alexis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the things I needed to fix my car. I thought she had been here for years when I asked her and she said it's been recent since she started. Hold on to her, she really made my experience.
Wow what a beautiful store the staff Rain Jones the mgr is so a beautiful and knowledgeable about parts. Also the staff greets you as soon as you walk in, they also walk with you to show you the product. This is my far the favorite Advance Auto Parts, I have been in some of the stores the employees at like your getting on they nerves for help. Everyone come to the DC store they make you feel welcome
