Such a good place but was packed w people. No room inside

Love this place. Always packed. You will always hear that the pretzels are the go to and for good reason. Pastries, breads donuts lunch and dinner options all made by the Amish.

Love the food here and all the different types of items on sale and the auction on Tuesdays and Fridays

Lots of good food cooked and uncooked by Amish vendors. I go there at least once a week. If you're looking for some tasty things this is the place to go.

From Ohio and we have Amish there but I never noticed if we had a market like the ones here in the state of Delaware, so when I first came here and tried the food at Spencer Bazaar I was hesitant at first but when I tasted the ribs without the barbecue sauce oh my God I was in heaven! These people can cook MAN! A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND THEY DON'T ACCEPT EBT BUT, THEY ARE MMM MMM GOOD! ???

⭐ Poor Customer Service Experience – Spencer’s Bazaar (Dover, DE) ⭐ My brother and I were visiting Dover for the holidays and planned to get food from Spencer’s Bazaar, as my family has been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The food area was located toward the back of the establishment, and I stood at the register waiting to be assisted while a young employee continued a personal conversation with her coworker. After waiting for over a minute with no acknowledgment, I finally asked if they were open. The response I received was, “Yeah, what do you need?”—which was dismissive and unprofessional. This interaction showed a complete lack of hospitality and customer respect. Given our long history of patronage, this level of rudeness was surprising and unacceptable. Basic customer service, such as acknowledging customers and speaking respectfully, should be standard. This experience left a negative impression and does not reflect well on the establishment.

Beef bacon is my favorite amongst the chocolate old fashioned doughnuts... A yummy place to get your taste buds satisfied.

Great place to visit !! Has all kinds of good stuff and great food and pastries made by Amish . From auctions … perfumes and oils … used items sold outside … you can rent table sell your stuff . From ribs … chicken wings … kielbasa… ice cream ? etc . This is Gem in city of Dover

Traveling through and stopped here It's very busy, be patient. Worth the wait. The Amish make food right in front of you. Pretty cool. Definitely will go there again.

They have a lot of everything here. Which can be a mixed bag. Their meats are fantastic. However, the baked goods? Their treats leave much to be desired. The cakes, doughnuts, pies, cinnamon rolls…everything of that sort just doesn’t taste great. Go elsewhere for sweet treats.

This place is really neat. I wish i had come in here just to buy some steaks because they all looked excellent. Instead, I got some brats, which were also excellent.

Idk if ppl know this but charging ppl 50cent to use a debit card is illegal. If you are using credit then cool but when using debt it is illegal. Also pressing the credit button when given a debit card so can charge the 52 cent I am giving you guys a chance to fix this before I call the visa company and have your company investigated thanks in advance

I has to use the bathroom door was locked. I asked one of the gentleman about so i get in the bathroom. They gentleman keep calling the other man (he was ignoring him) and stated that he needs the key ro let me in the restroom. The man with the key said for me to pee on my self. He eventually took his time to open the door. I had to use the flashlight on my phone in order to see anything in there. My first and last visit

Not only do we LOVE their breakfast sandwiches, they have scrumptious baked goods...everything from breads & rolls to pies, cakes & cookies. All is reasonably priced and served with a friendly smile.

One of my highlights of my US, Delaware, Dover trip was the Amish Markets and Bazaar. A unique destination I won’t ever see in Sydney Australia ?? I enjoyed exploring the Bazaar seeing the records of the past antiques and a wonderful way to see the differences between people and the times we are in. My favourite however was the cultural explosion ? into Amish Culture, people and cooking. The wonderful butcher displaying fresh meat (a local chatted with us briefly at the counter and made a comment regarding how fresh things are here versus what you get in a supermarket), the pretzel bakery, the many stores selling everything from cookies, pastries and cakes uniquely Amish country style cooking. I love the honesty the simplicity of every version of baked goods up for sale. You can grab something to eat there or take it away with you. This is comfort food heaven! This should be on your bucket list of things to do in Dover as well.

Workers are all very polite and helpful. Great variety to choose from. Food inside being sold outside flea market also outside auction free parking

I love the Amish market at Spence's. I usually purchase deli meats and the hot soft pretzels. You can get three pretzels for just about the same price as one Auntie Anne's. Go early or you're going to stand in line! I also special request cuts of meat at the butcher there and they cut it to my specifications. They do upcharge me 50 cents a pound, but it's well worth it.

I've never purchased anything inside because the prices are absurd. The food market is awesome. Especially the candy store. I'm a diabetic and they have a great selection of sugar free candy which I can't find anywhere else.

We bought several delicious items. My husband got a soft pretzel. I got mini pretzel cheese sandwiches, and slices of blueberry strudel cake, apple crumble pie, and orange cake with orange icing. To give you an idea of how well each product is made, I ate the orange cake after having it in our fridge for 6 days, and the cake was still moist and soft, and the icing was still soft and fluffy. Scrumptious! I highly recommend!

I sometimes stop by here when I’m in Delaware. The donuts are delicious—I ended up buying a dozen because they’re so good! Soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The pretzels always have a long line, so I didn’t get them this time, but it’s easy to see why they’re so popular. The whole place has a charming, old-fashioned farm vibe that makes you feel relaxed just walking around. Definitely worth a visit for both locals and tourists!

Jesus riding a bike! I loved this place inside out! Stuff old and quaint, very nice food areas with Amish food ladies (I think they are families) making all sorts of yummy food and deserts—and they are cheap! To be honest, I visited many order-and-take-out places but never had experiences like this before—crowded, tasty, and sexy. There are also auctions outside in the open place. But you need to pay attention to the several days that the market is open.

My go to spot for wings and chicken gizzards..... Huge variety of foods.... Fresh meats and desserts.... Also has a nice Flea Market outside.

I love this Amish farmers market, they have great sandwiches, chicken wings and cheeses. We always stop here when we come to Dover. Plus the staff is very friendly.

Huge Amish market with butcher shop, bakery, cheese, etc. Sticky buns come out warm, literally the best I've ever had.

Spencer's Bazaar has many food options from raw meat, prepared meats like ribs, chicken, turkey, sausages, wings, pork chops and so forth. There's different local eateries inside as well from breakfast foods, sides, chips, candy and desserts to name a few. Their cakes are delicious. Great place to stop by when you don't feel like cooking for the day.

In my opinion Spencer's need to bring in new concepts to attract crowds ... possibly entrepreneurs selling new product lines...or a few franchisees...its ok to pass through, which I did time and again... but never bought at auctions, goods to old, worn or lacks "the vibe". To get the vibe you need people, to get people you need marketing, advertising and entrepreneurs... Give the place a fast drive through...some good deals...don't be cheep ?

Organized, professional ppl. Atmosphere seems appealing. As a seller I just havent taken the right things to even pay for gas to take items to sale and get back home.? better luck next time! ?
