The guy at the sales counter did an excellent job of helping me find what it was I was looking for! Excellent customer service. I just needed an inexpensive plug-in car charger. They were located in two different areas of the store can you help me find exactly what I needed.

I have been here twice in the last week and a half, and the staff are so very friendly… Today is visit was for a replacement wiper blade and one of the employees, Josh even put them on for me. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful.

They had my product and got what I felt was a good deal, but hearing a mixture of blacks and whites making fun of a Hispanic with broken English was disheartening. What a great business.

I went to this AutoZone yesterday and had a terrible experience. the guy employee I dealt with was very unprofessional, dismissive, and made it very apparent that he didn't want to help. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism because it reflects extremely poorly on the store. He should be terminated.

Needed to replace a battery. Store suddenly was busy just as I was being helped but the manager found the right battery, continued to help a few other customers with quick things and changed my car battery himself with a smile in a total of about 10 mins. I could not have been more pleased!

It’s was an amazing experience. My car engine light was on and they scan it and told me what was wrong. The service was without delay, which was good. That staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized.Thanks to y’all.

The staff,Eyan,Sam,Dan,we're very courteous, they checked my battery cleaned the acid off. Helped me to get a new battery. They gave me alot of information about how to care for my new battery. I would give these gentleman 10 plus ?. Thank you for your kindness.

Autozone in Camden sold me wiper blades and said they could not help put them on. I had an emergency because the wiper blades flew off the car (another story) so I went to the Dover store. The young man, a high school student, discovered first they were the wrong wiper blades and corrected it and then swiftly installed both for me. We talked as he installed and found out he will be a future nurse. Great job Dover, you get five plus stars! Camden AutoZone… shame on you! You get negative 5 stars

Management should have a talk with or maybe write up the kid Aidan working in there. Hateful, disrespectful, acts irritated by the customers. If he can’t have a positive attitude at work yal should probably just fire him tbh. Aside from his shitty customer service I have been given incorrect parts which made me have to make another trip here and it’s happened more than once. I only come here for the reward program.

These guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They’re quick to help and even come out to the car to help troubleshoot issues. One time I got stranded with a dead battery and they gave me a ride back to the car.

Majorly harassed today as a woman just by walking into the store. (5/16/2024, about 5:40pm) The white haired man behind the counter hollered "Well look what little ray of sunshine just came walking in my store!" the moment I arrived. I want to be very clear: he hollered across the store from behind the second register and everyone else turned to look at me because he was so loud. He attempted to approach me and it made me feel very unsafe. When I said I was just going to get some headlights, he said that I "couldn't." He did make his way back around the counter, but my cortisol was already shot. I glanced at the headlights and decided I could do better somewhere else. I usually go to the other AutoZone and have never been treated like this (or in any other public space of any kind). This was shockingly beyond the pale. On my way out, empty-handed, I did bump into another employee at the door and told him essentially what had happened: that I had been treated like a little baby girl and not an adult. I'm hoping he was a manager (tan shirt, button down) but was too shaken to confirm or get names. I strongly urge the owner to view this if there are security cameras. ((PS: Went to Advance Auto on Rt 13 just south as was treated like a functional adult by other calm-voiced functional adults.)) It's 2024. Do better.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and all I needed was 50/50 mix for my weed eater. Told the guy I looked in the isle where it’s located and cannot find it , he then continues to say “ it’s on the corner rack of isle 1 “ sat in line for 30 mins to be told something I already know and when asked if I could have assistance (shown) where it’s at I got pushed aside with a smirk. I proceeded to walk out.

Occasionally I was having a problem with my car starting so I went to Auto Zone to have my battery checked. What I appreciated about this visit was it was starting to get dark and as per conversation when I called I was told that they could check car as long as it was daylight. I appreciated that they took the time to check the battery even though it Was starting to get darker and it was the holiday season too so I really appreciated them taking the time to check my battery for me

By far the nicest experience I've had at an auto parts shop. Honestly, one of the nicest experiences I've had at any shop! My wife and I lost a windshield wiper in the middle of a near-tornado coming back from vacation. We tried at a couple of nearby places, but no one had the specific type of wiper blade we needed in stock. We were desperate. This AutoZone saved us. They were not only able to provide the part we needed, they installed it, and when I tried to tip the very nice guys who had helped us out, they instead insisted I take my wife out to dinner with the money. Great place, great people, saved my hide and got my wife a steak dinner. Now that's service.

I brought a Duralast Battery on Feb 3, 2023. Went to the store store after a while the same day to return it because I thought my battery was the issue but after they check the voltage of my old battery realized my battery still good 9/21 which another Duralast Battery. This dude at the front counter look at me a sort of way just like another black guy try to return something and have the audacity to told we are not taking back because you used it which I did not. The battery was not defective just left the battery at the store# 1152 for him. Just process my refund through my bank. Feel so offended just wonder why many customers and consumers prefer online store. * The issue did resolve in a timely manner.

Incredibly poor customer service. We walk in to ask a question.. "Hi, excuse me.." we say to the representative sitting at the counter who rudely quips, "I'm on my lunchbreak" and as we turn to walk away, she says "Well did you have a question ?". Common - and professional - sense would have told her to start at the latter and exclude the lunchbreak announcement - or find a break room. It didn’t stop there unfortunately. There was the representative who we attempted to speak with who never stopped walking as he cut us off brusquely muttering in one breath, "I'm working on something you'll have to wait". Professionalism, courtesy and respect for customers is very low in stock here. We'll take our business elsewhere going forward.

The manager "Heather" is by far the NASTIEST manager I have ever encountered. Upon ordering parts on the website (ordered what the site said I needed), they were wrong. My brother and I went to exchange the wheel bearings for the proper ones and when Wilson needed the password for the manager, she first ignored him numerous times, then said "what?!" like he was a nagging child. When she came over, she put her password in and said rudely and fast "it's going back on the card dude" and walked away. The store was NOT busy. When the return didn't go back on the card, she rudely told us "it can take a few days, ESPECIALLY on the weekend", rolled her eyes and walked off. I wanted to exchange parts anyway and she didn't ask this or offer how to refund/exchange, or apply the funds from what was previously paid for and pay the difference for the correct parts. Apparently her job is too much for her to handle and takes this out on customers. After walking away, she swatted at the only black employee, like he was a fly in her way. He didn't see this, but it was disturbing. Prior to going to this location, we stopped at the Asbury Ave location and were treated with respect and helped kindly, despite this store being 10x busier, with what appeared to be fewer employees working. This manager "Heather" needs to be fired or provided adequate customer service training and adequate managerial training when under pressure/overwhelmed, in a relatively empty store. She is creating a hostile working environment for her employees and makes the customers feel uncomfortable in the process. The way she spoke to poor Wilson and us, the customers, is inexcusable!

Great place to find auto parts and accessories for vehicles. Most of the employees are knowledgeable of vehicles and car repairs. They have a good inventory of car parts, and are able to order most things they do not carry. If you have an engine code on, they can check it with an OBD2 scan tool. They will also check your battery for you.

Those guys there are awesome. I needed to return my old battery because I bought a new one from there back in August and have been just riding around w/ old one in the back of my car. So I finally returned it ;figuring that I wouldn't get the core charge money back because I had no receipt and it had been several months. Nope, not only did I get 28.00 back without a receipt but they even went out to my car in the pouring rain and got it out of car for me. Again they are awesome there!!

Very different from the past view of the in side of the store. Very relaxing. A relaxing professional look. Professional people as well. Lovely face lift.
