The girll(Bobby)who answered phone is the rudest person I haven ever spoken with. You should learn how to speak with customers. She hung up before I could even respond to her. So I called back and she began to yell at me again. Save your self the drive and time and go to Napa, they at least answer your questions and are pleasant.
The girl that runs is good but all the young boys that work there are lazy! Don't want to help with anything! I use to use this place regular but not anymore due to attitudes from the employees. Avoid if you can
Avenue Imparts is worth the ride!! We live in Rehoboth Beach and to get the parts for my three Mercedes cars, I grab a pack of peanut butter crackers and an ice tea and head to Avenue Imparts. 45 minutes later, I’m smiling with everything I need in one stop. What a relief it is, plop, plop, fizz, fizz!
Im a shop manager at a local repair & maintenance shop and I can honestly say, Bobby is amazing. She is more knowledgeable than 90% of the dealer parts ppl we talk to and understands what im trying to do. Shes one of those people that makes you call a certain business cause you want to deal with them.
There is big box auto parts stores & then there is Avenue Imparts in Wyoming Delaware. I have found everything I need whenever my car breaks or in need of TLC. Kevin & his team are the best & my go to every time. You always greet customers with a smile & have the best prices around!!!!
Best auto parts store ever. Kevin can get anything for you. Best customer service I have ever seen. Will do whatever it takes to get you what you need. If you are not buying parts from avenue imparts you are missing out. Solid bunch of people. Will always have our business. Would give 10 stars if possible

Avenue has been a reliable supplier for years. Always sending us the right OEM or equivalent part for the right price. Highly recommend them for your repair shop or for the weekend warrior fixing their own car.
Has specialty parts and oils, no one else will cary. Prices aren't over the top. Some employees are friendlier than others, and know more about products than otgers.
Very limited hours, if you need to run in here after work, or on a holiday weekend, forget it!

I go in often. Every single person ive dealt with have been knowledgeable and sincere. They go above and beyond to help me each time I have an issue or question. And their prices are unbeatable!
