Mark Dupree at Kent County Motors is top-notch. I drove 4 hours just to work with him and it was 100% worth it. The buying process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. He even helped me put on my tonneau cover on one of the coldest days in Dover, that’s real dedication (or poor decision-making in freezing weather) Highly recommend Mark if you want great customer service and someone who actually goes the extra mile.

Although the dealership was dealing with the aftermath of a snow/ice storm, the staff was very attentive to our needs, wants and time. The salesman Jaxson was very knowledgeable of the vehicles equipment, options and details. Sean, the finance person went over all the detail of the contract and all other paperwork. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. We greatly appreciate all that was involved in the process.

On Monday, November 3rd, 2025, I finally decided to take the long-dreaded trip to the dealership to see what I could qualify for. Decided on a whim last week I wanted to trade in my car for a new vehicle.. I had two in mind, one being at another dealership and although a pretty big price difference between the two, I couldn’t pass up the experience and knowledge of those who work here at KCM. Jaxson (a friend of mine and GREAT salesman) helped me through the entire process. The car I wanted was actually in transit, so he went out of his way to pull 2 vehicles that had the different packages I wanted included in my vehicle. Another shoutout to their financial team who valued my trade in for (actually more) than I had wanted, and for getting my overall payment in a good range of what I had walked into KCM hoping for. The overall experience was wonderful and I look foreword to giving GMC a chance and coming back in the future!

I bought my car from Kent county motors in 2023 and had an amazing experience. I needed their collision service and again had a great experience. Now I need their service department, and I figured everything else has been great so I’ll try it. WORST experience!!!! No one takes notes, the only person who knows about your car is the one you originally deal with, they say someone will call you back and they never do. I would never recommend their service department. And I guess they didn’t want my business or money since they never called me back.

I worked with Chris here at Kent County Motors collision department. He was very nice and professional. He got me in early, worked with my schedule and came me frequently updates on the repairs for my vehicle. In the end, my car came back better than brand new. I was severely impressed with not only the quality of work, but the professionalism that was displayed. I highly recommend Kent county motors for any of your cars needs.

Jaxson was awesome! Made buying a car after 15yrs a breeze! We even had a 10am appointment at I.G. Burton to drop off one of our other cars to be serviced. The dealer didn’t have a loaner for us and he came to pick us up to finish the deal. Talking about going above and beyond our expectations! I love he was flexible and understanding of our needs. The true definition of delivering a great customer service. Not to brag!! BUT he had us in-and-out before 1pm. We will definitely be returning to buy another vehicle. I live 120 miles away in Virginia, but I found the 2025 Sierra EV Denali in the color I wanted online at Kent County Motors, at a good price. Mark Dupree was excellent at answering all of my many questions, including sending a video walkaround of the vehicle for me to view. Other requests, like the installation of a major software update, and installation of the tonneau cover, were all done prior to my arrival, so when I drove 2.5 hours to take delivery, it was basically just the formality of signing the papers! Communication afterwards has also been great. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Kent County Motors for repairs from a minor accident. I was informed my car would be there possibly 10 to 12 days. Jeff frequently called me informing me of the status of my car. My car was completed in one week and it looks great! It doesn’t even look like anything was wrong with it. I recommend Kent County Motors for service and auto body repairs. On 7 July, my beloved 2022 Buick Envision ST, “Storm,” was rear ended! I briefly surveyed the damage caused by a kid driving a 2008 Chevy Suburban before being transported to the ER to be evaluated. I knew she was totaled. And I was right. Storm was a total loss. I suddenly needed a new car. The choice was easy. There was only one choice in my mind, a 2025 Buick Envision ST. Anticipating that I would lose Storm, I drove to Kent County Motors to view the inventory on hand. That was an easy choice as well. I had purchased my last three cars from KCM. Why? Loyalty! KCM has always treated me well. The sales team there is the absolute best! The service department is phenomenal. And Buick’s proven track record, which I’ve personally experienced by owning three Buicks was undeniable. My association with KCM began in 2011 with the purchase of an absolutely gorgeous, carbon black metallic 2012 GMC Terrain SLT. The sales person that sold me that car and the two others that followed retired. And so I had to work with a new sales person.. It was my great pleasure to work with Chris Blades this time around. Between he and General Manager, Jay Whitby, I knew I was in expert hands. There was only one choice for Storm’s successor, it was a bright red Envision ST with the garnet red interior. There was only one on the lot. The claims process seemed to take forever. But Jay and Chris made sure that my car was available for me when I was ready to move forward. On Friday, 25 July, I drove off the lot in my bright red 2025 Buick Envision ST with the garnet interior. Her name is Firestorm. Like Storm, She was named partly for her color and partly for her speed. Jay and Chris made the whole process quick and painless. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever.
