I purchased a vehicle outright from Keith's. While driving the vehicle home, the check engine light went on. They took it back and provided a loaner while they resolved the issue. Twice I was assured it had been fixed, just to have the check engine light go on again on the drive home. They brought it to a dealership to diagnose and told me they would have the dealership complete the repairs. After realizing they could perform the repairs on their own for a lower cost, they then said they would do the repair. At this point, I have zero confidence in their technicians, decided I no longer wanted the vehicle, and asked for a refund. They said they would take the vehicle back but would not offer a refund, I had to purchase something else from their lot instead. Needing a vehicle for my large family, I was forced to purchase something I am not happy with. Being a family company, I am very disappointed in the way they conduct business.
The selection, inventory, and prices are reasonable. I wasn't making a purchase because of the holiday, but no high pressure, and courtesy from the salesman.
Edit- July 14, 2025. Josh was able to help me purchase a nice, new to me vehicle. I was in and out within a couple of hours, and I am totally pleased with the vehicle, courtesy shown, and professionalism during the sale. I will highly recommend Keith's Auto Sales West.

Keith's is the only place i currently trust to buy a vehicle. They are forthright and stand by their sales. They have also been graceful and helped me when I had a small issue with the vehicle I did buy. These guys work hard and are honest and frankly, it is refreshing.
I visited with a friend who purchased more than one vehicle from this location and seemed very happy with the vehicles they have gotten. Ask for Jeff I hear he does a great job.

I've been buying vehicles from Keith's for the past 7 years, 4 cars in total, and my experience has always been positive. Yesterday I purchased another car took it home and found out that there was an issue with it, which surprised me since these guys are up front about the cars they sell. I brought it back in, talked to Mr. Keith and he made it right, even offering to buy the car back. I seriously doubt you will be able to find a better place to buy a car. Great, no pressure experience, professional people, reasonable prices.
My friend got a vehicle from them and there was hidden problems that they weren't open to her about. The vehicle stopped working after only three months of her having it because of the underlying problems. They are greedy and crooked.
Purchased a very nice dodge ram 1500 4x4 here and can't say enough about keiths and there staff we where helped by Matt he had the vehicle parked out front ready when I got there to test drive and the purchase was a super smooth process was in and out in about 2 hours with my new truck he was very responsive over the phone after all the bad experiences buying used vehicles this was a blessing best place around to buy a used vehicle im loving my new truck thanks so much to Matt and the staff at keiths auto I will definitely be buying my next vehicle at keiths they have a customer for life I would not hesitate to buy again from here!!! Matt also got me the best interest rate iv ever gotten on a vehicle!!
Very happy with my new truck. Keith the owner came in personally to make a deal with me. Jeff was very informative on the phone and held the truck for me until I was able to come out and take a look. Orby worked with me on getting the truck registered and my tags transferred. Orby went out of his way communicating with me by text when I needed an emissions to get the truck registered and got everything taken care of quickly for me.
We've just purchased a vehicle and had a great experience. Orby was professional and went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. We don't purchase cars very often, and I never look forward to the typical pressure that comes with the sales aspect of it. We had none of that here, just excellent service, a great vehicle and a very fair price!
The employees and people were very nice and helpful , but when it was time to actually test drive the car the car would not start what so ever . They wanted 12,000 for a car that wouldn’t even start . I thought that was fairly shady .

Owner is a greedy person. Offered me 2 thousand less on my trade in than kbb then lied to me saying what my cars worth. Yet every car on his lot is above kbb.
