Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Called ahead of time for transmission line to make sure they had it. Spoke to an employee he said yes they had it. He has his hands on it and was cutting it as we spoke. He would hold it up front until we got there.....we get there guess what....he cant find it! Stood in the back over 30 minutes embarrassed to tell us they dont have it after all! Wasted our time to make it to another auto parts store to be able to get it. Thanks DAVE!!!! You should be flipping burgers instead.
bought parts and parts were faulty, returned them and got a replacement. parts still didnt work so I returned everything. payed a shop to install everything 2 times. asked if they would help with reimbursement of money spent on there faulty parts. filled out all info and turned it in. out of $800 in labor spent i was offered $150 . so being well over 6 months now still no follow up by anyone. and there customer care people are very nice but really didnt do much either. thanks for standing by your parts.
Kevin is a super cool and friendly guy, (Good thing I was at an Auto Parts Store because my car wouldn't start) he helped start up my battery and tested my alternator. Kevin, Anthony and Ivan are oustanding and friendly citizens. I highly recommend this store!
Was told they could provide a CPU. First one I got had a Manufacturer error- they replaced it - next one just plan doesn’t work- I’m told by several mechanics the CPU is just an inferior product incapable of doing its function. These mechanics of mine understandably wanted money for their time messing around with these faulty CPUs so lucky me I’m out several hundred dollars with nothing so show for my money but lots of wasted time.. the staff at this Orielys didn’t even bother to feign sympathy when I relayed this CPU saga of mine to them…BOOOO! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
O'REILLY'S is a great auto parts store. The employee that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable about what I needed. I would recommend this location to everyone.
I've only bought a few things from here and I can't remember any of the names but every employee here has been friendly and helpful! The last time I was here two associates explained in detail what could be the reason for a check engine light to still be on in my fiancé's vehicle after trying one fix.
Also, they can print you out information on the issue. For example the last time I went in the associate (Cam I think) gave me a print out that had a list of repairs people made to the same vehicle for the check engine light and how many times it fixed the problem.
Friendly and knowledgeable associates will keep me coming back.

@no cost for parts due to it being under warranty and no cost for labor because I forgot how much fun it was the last time I changed it at home. This time it was bitter cold, which always helps to speed things along with the replacement. I've found that it's always best to call ahead of time and have them pull everything you need. Walk in, chit chat, warranty, great, walk out. Eazy peazy
