I wish I’d gotten his name but I had the most amazing experience with an employee here today! He was super friendly and got my Subaru lights in super quickly - and gave them to me for free since they’d been returned and were unable to be resold. I had been so anxious about the finances of it all, so that was beyond incredible and I felt incredibly well taken care of. 10/10 - I’ll be back any time I need work done on my car!!

Stopped on lunch to pick up a headlight and was so happy with the service! Darren was so helpful and got me back on the road and able to drive home safely in the dark with nee headlights!

I worked with Genesis to get a new battery for my car. He was very kind and did a great job of installing the battery for me. I appreciated his help and the kindness throughout my experience. The availability of options of batteries this location had was also great!

This store is terrible, always slow with hardly trained employees that are lacking automotive experience. Kayleigh in particular has one of the worst attitudes I've come across.

I went to AutoZone today to have my battery tested, an employee named Dylan helped me out came out and testing my battery and it was bad. So I had a to get a new battery, Everything that could go wrong was going wrong but he just kept a smile on his face and kept explaining to me and my daughter the whole way about the process. Dylan is the man, he was outside in this 90° plus weather for over an hour trying to get everything together. Now I'm back on the road thanks to Dylan will definitely recommend AutoZone

I barely made it to the store before they closed after having to get a jump start on my battery. The folks working there did not say a word about how late it was, or give any sort of attitude (I’ve been places like that before and was bracing myself for it). They said, no problem. Isaiah is the one who came out and tested my battery and then replaced it for me. If they hadn’t stayed late to help me, I would have been in a real bind. I will come to this store anytime I need something in the future. I highly recommend this location.

Amazing customer service by a young man “Nick”. I am not from the area I came to visit family and friends and my car battery died. I came and asked for a battery and Nick gladly changed it for me. He also noticed I was in need of new wiper blades since I was missing them and he changed them for me as well! He was very kind and I really appreciate the help by Nick, anytime I’m in the area looking for things related to my car I will definitely come here!

I’ve had good experiences at this store in the past, but one of the people working the desk decided to add spark plug grease to my order without asking if I wanted it, simply scanning it and sticking me with the charge for useless crap.

This is a shout out to Darren, the manager at the E. Market St. AutoZone. On a 25 degree night, I was driving home on I 81 and just as I was exiting onto the off ramp, my tire blew out. I'm sitting on the edge of the off ramp with vehicles flying by as they exited the interstate. My husband came to my rescue and while we were working on changing the tire, Darren was on his way home and stopped to see if we needed any help. I took that as my cue to step back and just hold the flashlight as they finished the job. We were so grateful for Darren's act of kindness of giving total strangers his time and expertise ~ and on a very cold night. Thank you, Darren, for lending a hand to those in need.

Came in needing help with my key fob battery and tire issues and they were absolutely so helpful and amazing ! I have no car knowledge and I was in great hands here, definitely recommend!

Best AutoZone I've been to! They were so helpful and you could tell they were a great together too. They also gave my dog so much love, a great stop if you have any car troubles!!

We went in due to an issue with an IMA battery. Spoke with a young man named Levi and he was beyond helpful by sharing information about the situation. He is apparently a Honda guy and I am grateful for his knowledge. If I ever need anything parts wise in Harrisonburg, I will return here without a doubt

Had to call out guy working when I went. He was stocking shelves and I was waiting in line, only had 1 cashier. A pretty girl walked in and he immediately came to register and became a cashier real quick. told her he could take her over there haha 😂 anyway, store had what I needed but thought that was funny.

I went in about a week ago because my battery had died at a gas station and I had to get it jumped, David I believe is his name was excellent in explaining my options, and he was thorough which I appreciated. Even though I was fairly certain it was the battery, he tested it to make sure that was going to solve my problem before I purchased a new one. He then removed the old one and installed the new one for me on a very Cold day. TLDR: Excellent service and friendly employees

I came in for a battery for my 2006 Toyota 4runner. Kimberly came to test it was very rude and impatient then went inside and made her co-workers, put it in. He was a bigger gentleman but he did a great job. I just wish that people would finish their job instead of pushing it off to your co-workers, it made me feel unimportant.

The Autozone employee, by the name of Curtis went out of their way to help me when my battery stopped working. Testing the battery, charging the battery, troubleshooting the battery and other problems. When it was dark and cold! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, bending over backwards to help and educate us in any way possible. FIVE ⭐️. Go see them

I came in to have my battery replaced and I was met with kindness and a helping hand! Benjamin did a wonderful job and was very polite. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

Came to replace a car key battery. Last visit store help opened key and replaced. Just now guy who works in store "refused to open key to replace" and said a small screw driver set would be required, so walked out an unhappy, unsatisfied customer!! This is simple, just replace the battery and make your customers happy to return to your store! Went to the other AutoZone in town and store help immediately replaced battery, then completely cleaned the key and compartment! Now that's service.

My check engine light came on and I had a limited window to get it figured out during my lunch break. Brandon was very helpful with waking me through how to take the diagnostics in my vehicle (due to COVID they can’t) I got my report printed out for me, and I’m good to go within 5 minutes. Great experience and I’m super appreciative!

Santos was very helpful to us on 3/15/21 and went beyond our expectations. She helped to put bulbs in our vehicle and was pleasant the entire time. Others can learn how to respect a customer from her. Way to go Auto Zone for having a super great Manager at this location.

Needed new passenger headlight. Phillip was great - knowledgeable on the product and was willing to put new headlights in for us (we went ahead and replaced other headlight to be proactive on our own initiative- no pressure from sales associate). Phillip then assisted with a second item we were looking for and had us back on the road in just a few minutes. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you for handling our part replacement with the utmost professionalism!

I went to buy new windshield wipers, so I googled the closest AutoZone. So I came up to this one. It’s so nice and clean and the location is great. I went in and was looking up which windshield wipers to get and I had a question. I asked the woman at the front and she looked them up and help me pick the right ones. As I was checking out, I thought I’d ask her about my headlights. They have gotten yellow and ugly looking. I was initially thinking she could tell me about some of the stuff that I’ve used before that didn’t last long. She told me about this particular kit that she used before and loved it. She said “I’ll go out and do it for you.” How nice is that!? Above and beyond service. Immediately, it was way different than what I had used to buff it out. It’s a two step wipe and so easy. She even came out and put my new windshield wipers on. She was really really great and I appreciated her help so much. She is the store manager and has incredible customer service! I highly recommend coming to this store if you need anything!

I went in to get my battery replaced and ended up running into a few issues throughout the process. Tyler and Santos were so helpful and spent close to 2 hours problem solving how to help me. They were both friendly and patient throughout the entire experience and Santos made sure that the solution to the problem was efficient and safe. Incredible staff and amazing customer service! Highly recommend this store for any of your car needs/troubles.
