Doesn't make any sense. The more cans you bring in the less you get. I literally brought in more than last time and got $2 less this time. The last three times I brought cans in I got 9 than 7 and then 5 dollars and literally the weight was more each time.
Friendly and helpful when I called. They came and picked up my car and paid me more than others had quoted me. Only complaint is that they were a just a little bit later than scheduled, i was told between 12-130, but he arrived around 230. He was very polite and friendly, and made everything quick and easy. Will definitely call them again next time I'm ready to scrap another vehicle.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with recycle management LLC, and it left me deeply disappointed. The whole process was nothing short of a frustrating and inefficient endeavor.
First and foremost, the communication from the recycling management company was abysmal. Their customer service was virtually non-existent, with unanswered phone calls and ignored emails becoming the norm. It was incredibly frustrating to have questions and concerns go unanswered, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer.
Here is something for people to think about before you haul here there to bossy with there customers on cars here is what I'll do I'll pay 6 dollars higher then there scale price for junk cars complete feel free to contact us on the matter and we offer free pickup of your cars no extra charge 🙂👍soon also will be added will be buying copper,brass,converters,wheels, and have scales on bored state certification also on board for all the customers who would like to see the paper work to public
They will rip you off on batteries auto part store give you 10 to 25 dollars for your car to big truck batteries they only pay 7.50 to 9.50 go figure.then when it come to copper wire you better have it all separated and organized thats where they get you they will screw you out of a lot of money.when they could help you separate it to get the customer a better price maybe a customer would bring them more they forget that no customers to bring them stuff keeps them in business
Everyone who helped me was very nice and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend recycle management for anyone trying to get rid of all that scrap laying around the yard!
As a single mom, I'm always looking for ways to make some extra money. I can't say enough great things about Recycle Management and the people they have working for them. I recommend them to anyone from homeowners to business owners. They will take care of you.
I used to use another recyclable company and went to try Recycle Management. Lets say I wouldn't go back to the other company. Recycle management staff is very professional and polite. The way they operate you can tell they know what there doing. The whole process is fast and painless 5 stars no doubt.
Recycle Management has very good customer services. Staff was quick with the question I had about the stuff I wanted to get rid of. Staff was very knowledgeable with the items they had. Upper management was on location when I was there and treated the employees very well.
The people that work for recycle management are very helpful and will do anything to make business work. The staff is always available for questions. The process and quick and fast and you receive a check in the mail in a short amount of time.
They came and picked up 2 f150 pick ups. 1 GMC camper with camper taken off. And a roll off container full of scrap iron. And had waited 3 months for a payment. Then check came for only 6000 pounds of scrap. Haul lots of scrap a year and they will never get anymore ever period!!!!!
We have taking several loads of scrap here an they pay much $$$ per pound then some of the other places around Harrisonburg! Staff is easy to work with and they gave me stainless steel price for a piece of equipment that had some black metal attached to it, other places would have made me take those parts off or offered black metal $. Not here, worth the trip!
They went above and beoyond to earn my business, I checked will all of the scrap yards in the Shenandoah Valley and Recycle Management, llc payed me the best. We arrived late and the Manager stayed late to help us.
They complain to me for having gas tank left on vehicle. As I brought them vehicle.yet there was many outback crushed with tires left on and gas tanks on.?? They weren't very friendly. Any good yards out there anymore??
